Pros: -cheap -high gain -easy to use -works well -long cable
Cons: -with gps's so sensitive nowadays not really requried
Other: cheap gps antenna that works well and will allow you to get a coherent low drift GPS signal even in a downtown area with lots of buildings

Pros: I was very suprized how great this item is. Good lenght to the cord, nice finish and very good build. Of course, that ain't a thing if it don't work. But it does and it works wonderfully.
Cons: There is nothing. Zero. Ziltch. Squat. I am ordering a few more. You better hurry if you want one.
Other: Such a great item if you need it. Not everyone does, but if your gps can/will use this, you beed to get one right now.

Pros: 1) I managed to increase the number of satellites detected when connecting it to my pocketpc.
2) The GPS signal is stronger compared to without using the device.
3) Just plug and play for my Asus P535.
4) Magnetic base on the device, allow it to be placed outside car.
Cons: Wire is a bit too long and car isn't that big!
Other: If you have tinted glass on your ride and poor GPS signal, try it out! Or if you do a lot of city driving, it is worth a try.

Pros: It worked flawlessly with my Navigon 2100. I took a chance on the unit because of its low price point. The cable end snapped in nice and tightly to my GPS. Now I can use my GPS in inconvenient places. The Cord is nice and long and the GPS antenna is built sturdy. Unbelievable price.
Cons: The GPS box was crushed on arrival due to poor packaging. But what do expect with free shipping?
Other: Great value, great build quality, and fast shipping. ebay is almost obsolete thanks to DX!

Pros: - Magnetic base allows placing even outside of the car.
- Really long wire!
- Worked well with my holux gpslim 236 bluetooth gps device!!!!
- The problem of gps devices is obvious when navigating throughout tall buildingsso I did the obvious: i parked between two tal buildings and without the antenna go a fix to 3-4 sats!!! I plugged it in and voila back to 8-9!!
Cons: It wouldn't plug in very tightly with my holux device and comes off very easily
Don't know what will hapen if I place it on the exterior of the car during high speeds, maybe it will fall off.
Other: Buy it for navigating in the city, no nedd for it when in open grounds!!!
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Plugs right into the Navigon with a nice tight snap!
Boosted my satellite reception from 3-4 to 6 instantly.
really long cord!
magnetic base to stick onto the roof of your car!
Cons: Really long cord! I have it in side so i have to roll the cord up on the twist tie and leave like 2 feet of open cord for reception boosting.
Other: Works well, this will help you in the city as signals get bounced around. this fits well onto my navigon gps you should get it too!

Pros: Seems a tidy little package, good long cable and strong magnet to keep this little antenna firmly fixed.
Cons: It doesn't work with TOM TOM Go models from 51x, 71x, 91x, through to 54x, 74x, 94x.
The connector is too small - or maybe TomTom have a proprietary connector - I don't know!?!
Just don't get this if its a TomTom Go you're hoping to hook up to. It won't fit!
Other: I've now got to bother finding one that will fit my TomTom Go 730T!!
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: This receiver boosted my GPS signal wonderfully!
My GPS unit (Harmon/Kardon GPS-300) couldn't get a signal inside my car due to the glass. Plugged in this antenna and it gets a great signal now, even with the antenna simply sitting on the dash.
Didn't need to mount outside the car!
Cons: There is only a sticker covering the metallic magnet on the bottom of the unit, and it isn't applied evenly - would wonder if it would scratch exterior car paint.
It is very difficult to remove from the unit - it takes a lot of force. There's basically a metallic o-ring on this mmcx connector that secures the antenna into the gps unit. While it makes a good ticket connection, I worry about breaking the cable or doing damage to the gps unit when removing it.
Other: You won't find a better price on an mmcx gps antenna - most run around $20-30.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: The antenna is sturdy;
The cable is quite long, which can be useful for hiding your equipment behind the dashboard;
The top is magnetic so it sticks on/under the hood;
Cons: The connector is quite small and sometimes lets loose when its relocated, but when not moved it stays connected;
The reception is not perfect, but TomTom always shows 4/5-5/5 satellites, which is near the max.
Other: Get this antenna if you want a cheap antenna to get better and a more stable reception.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Fits perfect in a Navtour G4 external antenna port.
Long cable allows convenient placement anywhere in the vehicle.
Priced lower than anything else I could find.
Black in color
Cons: Black may not blend in with all vehicle interiors.
It is a friction fit (standard for this connector type) I do not know how this will hold up long term. Otherwise, none that I can see (yet).
Other: An excellent buy if you can verify compatibility BEFORE you buy.
