What is Bulk Rate? BulkRate is a semi-wholesale system with items priced separately from retail. When you use bulk rates, a flat $1.70 registered air mail fee will automatically be added to your cart to ensure delivery of package. While BulkRate's intention is to offer cheaper prices when you buy in bulk, because it is priced separately it on occassions show a higher than retail price. That's why we ask you to enter BULKRATE as a coupon code to manually activate the rates. You can always opt not to use the bulk rates. Pros: The flux works for it's intended purpouse. It is fairly easy to apply and melts to a liquid when heated, spreading the flux over the heated area. Residue not as sticky as pure resin flux.
Cons: Not as effective as normal resin flux.
Other: If you need flux paste that is not acidic, this would probably do as well as any other.

Pros: This is a very inexpensive tin of
flux. Works well, and if I need more (there's so much!) I would have ordered the larger size if only for the plastic container.
Cons: It is not to be confused with
solder paste, which is micro balls of
solder in a flux base. This is flux only.
Tin can lid will never stay on. You can't throw it into your bag because the top will fall off. (Use rubber band)
Other: It's a good price, but spend the few extra pennies and get the larger size in the plastic tub.

Pros: very good as i love modding stuff and round out of this stuff as my place i get it from dont sell it anymore sticks very good when soldering very easy to use even for begingers if people are not use to soldering this is very good for led swapping as well
Cons: none.cannot think of any??.
Other: very handy for people that like to mod or just want to fix stuff and need three pair of hands to do a job lol.im very glad with what came out on the finish resolts of my stuff
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Even with absolutely no experence in soldering, i was able to use this paste
For sure this solder paste is very inexpensive
The paste cames in a good can, that can be closed very well.
Its is said, that the paste is not toxic, but i deffinitelly dont try it.
Cons: This paste require some tool to warm it, and make it work
Other: I'm just starting to do my DIY (do it your self) devices.

Pros: Easy to use flux in a metal can. Works well for electronics soldering. Odorless and smokeless (well, somewhat anyway). Doesn’t dry out if you forget to put on the lid.
Cons: Not much really, the lid on the container is a bit loose and will fall of if you turn the can upside down.
Other: Works well for electronics soldering and has a really low price. The lack of content information makes me a bit suspicious about the PH properties, but as long as the residue is removed there shouldn’t be any problems in using it for electronics.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Good for etch sensitive PCB's Cleaning up residue is simple with a hot, slightly damp rag.
Great for re-tinning your old soldering iron tips after scrubbing.
Cons: Not as good as other fluxes for difficult to solder surfaces unless preheated on an abrased surface first.
Etchant takes a while at low temperatures to chemically clean a dirty copper surface, but this is not necessarily a con.
Other: 150 grams is a lot of flux etchant paste for a small price.
It's an OK mild paste suited to electronics work. But if you need to solder more difficult surfaces, get a plumbers grade flux from a hardware store.

Pros: This is is really good flux. It comes in perfect can that hold closed even if it fall under the table. It is non corrosive so there is no need to remove it after soldering. I was suspicious about that so I tried it and even after two month there is no corrosion on the test PCB. And finally it really helps to make great joints
Cons: The name is confusing. It is FLUX not soldering paste. It contains no metals.
Other: if you do not know what flux is then find it on wiki but if you are soldering and not using flux try this. Great price and it really makes great joints.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: I's flux. And since it's a paste (and not liquid) it's easy to put the quantity you want on the board before soldering, especially for small parts.
It's useful everytime I do soldering work.
Cons: It's written soldering paste on the box, so I'm not sure if I can trust the other claims written on it.
Other: I'll buy it again next time
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: This flux is cheap, comes in a mostly leak-free can and it works great. It doesn't smell bad or leave any excessive residue, and the residue it does leave cleans easily as I expected
Cons: Unfortuntely it would appear my can got a little too hot while the can was upside down during shipping. All of the flux had stuck to the top of the tin instead of the bottom and some of it had melted and escaped the can (a very small amount but it was enough to make the can sticky all over the outside). I know this isn't really DX's fault but this is something to think about, especially if you are ordering this to be shipped to a warmer climate
Other: This flux works great and is cheap. Pretty hard to go wrong when local electronics shops charge 3-5 times this much for an identical product!
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Very good flux, comes in metal can not in plastic, I use a small brush to apply over pcb and when heated the paste melts and extends itself quickly, it doesn't smell and it's almost smokeless very important for bad ventilated space, my old soldering paste was releasing a lot of smoke so I threw it as soon as I saw the difference. Oh... and one more thing.....it's cheap
Cons: none realy, I'm sure that there are better but for a electronics enthusiast like myself that does mostly easy solderable surfaces it's perfect.
Other: I recomend it
