Plasma Ball in an Evil Hand (220V AC)

Pros: Design is nice, certainly the first time I've seen a 'dark and mysterious' (okay: gothic) hand with a plasma bulb. Has an on-off switch.

Cons: Power plug feels a bit cheap, to be honest I was a bit afraid to plug it in the first time. Bottom of the gadget is not much to look at, the nice protective 'pad' that seems anti-slip only partly covers the bottom. Do not stick anything inside because 2~5 kV sort of hurts your life. I feel a light tingling ('shock') when touching the ball; this is probably inherent to plasma bulbs.

Other: Great gadget, real eye-catcher, nice price. Be a bit careful and have fun.

Pros: Makes you feel all dark and evil inside!

Dont know if its a pro or con but you get small shocks while touching it. powered by 3Amphere

Cons: sounds alot while touching. build quality not the best. anti slip area underneth is not fully covered and leaves a glitch inside where it might hurt to touch. plastic feels breakable.
box was almost 100% destroyed at arrival. not really cube like, more soft and oval.
Glitch when starting up, but just try two or three times and it should be good

Other: worth the dollars. great gift.

Very spooky to look at and just a very nice thing to have around if you love all thing shiny and interesting....................

Cons: Box was wrecked in the post but the product was in good condition.
I'm considering making a nice wooden base to sit it in to give it more presence and make it look older...........

Other: Very good for the price and if you like what you see then just buy it.............

Pros: - Cooler than I thought it would be
- It's a plasma ball!
- It has an evil hand which looks realistic to some.
- Quality is higher than expected
- Comes with European plug
- When you put your finger on it electricity lightnings come to your finger.
- It looks good.

Cons: - When you put to fingers it starts squeaking like it's going to die. I didn't torture it too much to see what happens.
- It's pink. Some will find it attractive.
- Kinda pricey compared to the other plasma ball sold here.

Other: Cool plasma ball. Buy it if you want one. You will be happy. Notice that it's a small-medium ball. Don't put near sensitive electric devices because it can effect them. Search for Plasma Lamp & Tesla if you want to learn more.
Will we see here a blue plasma ball some day?

Pros: I have received it little broken, but deal extreme have compensated that to me (thanks to deal extreme). I try`ed how its work and its beautifully. It`s very nice in dark.

Cons: It`s good to use in home and to buy for a gift to some one. It`s bad that my one is broke`ed, but i think maybe later i will buy second one.

Other: It`s not expensive and nice looking think. On the dark its hard to see evil hand, but it`s looking great.

Pros: It is a very bright plasma ball, the evil hand gives a surprisingly genuine gothic, creepy look to an otherwise standard plasma ball. It has a real vibrance to its touch and appearance.

Cons: Not UK plug, need a converter if in the UK (search for SKU 02709). It makes a buzzing sound which may prevent its permanant use.
Cheap tacky packaging that was very damaged and the need for an adapter in the UK make me worried about the quality of the product.
I think it creates larger than average levels of Ozone (from smell and buzzing sound) compared to most plasma balls and so I'm worried it may be dangerous in small unventilated places.

Other: Worth a buy because its so cheap, not a good 'long term' plasma ball.

Pros: Very interesting product, it really works and gives a very nice look to my room. Once the light is pink, its more interesting for girls but when you put the finger on itmake blue effects. The "evil hand" looks very cool, a bit gotic...

Cons: Just for the note the light is NOT so bright, so if you want to buy wanting as a lamp it will be a problem. But in general i cant see any con that is really negative.

Other: It is a very nice thing to light at night for making the room cousy or to receive friends for visit or party. Very cute!! Great gift for people who likes gotic or evil looking stuff/figurines.

Pros: Original case Standart plasma ball

Cons: Photo is misleading - it's just usual ball Build quality is abysmal - AC cable fall off immidiately, input capacitor was loose. After 4 months of "ownership" I've found time to take my soldering station and fix it. Now it works, but I afraid most of customers are not ready to fix things they buy. AC part is terribly insulated on the bottom side. This all feels dangerous even for me. I will need to make a bottom plate for additional insulation.

Other: Buy it if you are ready :-D

Pros: This product is just awesome, I bought it years ago, and it still works perfectly. The creepy hand holding it is a really nice touch, I love it. I purchased this as a present to my girlfriend and she loved it as much as I did. Everybody gets amazed when they see it. We had it as a decoration on our store for a while and it really helped :)

Cons: None so far. I have never had a problem with it in over 2 years! (or maybe more)

Other: This is a must if you like weird decorations, it's not expensive at all and it will amaze your friends. It really provides hours of fun, and it's the center of the party, specially with low lights! I definitely recommend this product!!

Pros: -Works as descibed -Good pink and blue miniture sparks inside the plastic ball -Gives off ozone on the surface so has some smell to it like lightning.. touching is safe and causes a stronger blue lightning inside the ball and makes even more smell =Has a switch on the power lead so can use it like a Bedside lamp but its very dim.. so ideal only for a mood or fun light

Cons: -Could be built better -The power switch sparks/crackles when turning off and on -Ball gets warm but worse the base seems to get to warm and is a little flemsy and kinda dangerous really needs a better base.. so dont touch or mess with the bottom of it when its working -non-AUS/Asia plug so have to use an adapter

Other: Great gift for all ages. could be used in lounges and bedrooms recommend buying one if your AC mains is 220 volts!
