What is Bulk Rate? BulkRate is a semi-wholesale system with items priced separately from retail. When you use bulk rates, a flat $1.70 registered air mail fee will automatically be added to your cart to ensure delivery of package. While BulkRate's intention is to offer cheaper prices when you buy in bulk, because it is priced separately it on occassions show a higher than retail price. That's why we ask you to enter BULKRATE as a coupon code to manually activate the rates. You can always opt not to use the bulk rates. If you are looking for wholesale prices please feel free to contact us.

Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Looks like a mini-disk case, which is pretty awesome. It also supports up to 200g, which means weighing and tare-ing with cups and other measuring devices will be safer for the scale.
Very stealthy look.
Cons: Mine came uncalibrated. It thought a 5 gram weight was 3.4 grams. I need to get a 200g calibration weight to fix this, and haven't found one yet. It's perfectly accurate, as it will also think 50 grams = 34 grams, it's just that the calibration is off. Also the on/off button and the tare button are next to each other but with a single button covering- you'll see when you try to use it, it takes some getting used to.
Other: I would get this again but make sure to get a 200g calibration weight, or two 100g weights, or something.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Small size, graduation is 0.01g for 200g maximum capacity, easy for use.
Cons: Wrong instruction of calibration.
Other: Calibration (tested on 3pc of these digital scales): 1 Press and hold "Mode" button. 2 Press "on/off/tare" button. 3 When "CAL" is displayed release "Mode" button. 4 When "200.00" is displayed place 200g the calibration weight (i'm used 2 pc of 100g at the same time) 5 When "PASS" is displayed calibration is completed, you can remove calibration weight and use digital scales.
