What is Bulk Rate? BulkRate is a semi-wholesale system with items priced separately from retail. When you use bulk rates, a flat $1.70 registered air mail fee will automatically be added to your cart to ensure delivery of package. While BulkRate's intention is to offer cheaper prices when you buy in bulk, because it is priced separately it on occassions show a higher than retail price. That's why we ask you to enter BULKRATE as a coupon code to manually activate the rates. You can always opt not to use the bulk rates. If you are looking for wholesale prices please feel free to contact us.

Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: cheap
does waht it says on the box
light (nice alternate emergency pump_)
has a valve clamp to avoid loss of pressure while you pump
Cons: -build quality poor (still functions decently)
-light plastic casing simple compression
-the mount that comes with it maust be atttached to -a water bottle mount on your frame
Other: it works as a good alternate emergency pump.
i don't feel it's going to last long
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: - Sturdy plastic material (for the pump)
- Does not escape air while pumping
- Practical
- Fits very firmly screwed to the water bottle suppor
- Proven able to pump at least up to 55psi with about 6 pumps per psi on a 26"x2.125 tire (6 pumps per psi when about 50psi)
- Head turns a little to aid avoiding to cut the valve
- Does not let air escape
Cons: - The plastic screws that come with the product are unusable; just get longer metal screws if you need, never rely to the plastic ones
- The pump support, in plastic -WILL- break if you let your bike down and it hits the ground by the support
- The pin in the pump sometimes move a little left or right, so keep an eye to maintain its position before you fill a tire.
Other: They are perfect for me. I don't think on buying new ones since I bought it. All tire repairs now count with the air from this pump; with the aid of a tire pressure gauge I can take te tire to 40-50psi.
Of course you can get such pressures much easier if you pump about 20psi and get to a gas station to fill with that car compressor to your desired pressure.
