Pros: It really works without problems in Brazil. Its controls are easy and efficient. Take full control of your vehicle, contact one Shopping for shopping or a restaurant and stay quiet if someone messing in your vehicle you will learn fast on your phone. Know where your car by phone or by computer.

Cons: The part of the GPRS is a bit difficult to configure, but nothing to panic to locate your vehicle.

Other: You can register up to five mobile numbers to manage the equipment, these numbers will be advised that you are in danger in case of fire the panic button. Great product !!!

Cons: Software for your PC is a little clunky and doesn't seem to support email alerts, I've setup SMTP settings but there is no more configuration available. Only operates in GPRS or GSM mode - not both at the same time Text interface is a little clunky and is picky about capitalization, and the use of capatalization varies throughout interface.

Other: Probably wouldn't recommend this specific model.

Pros: Very quick answer, good battery if you disconnect it from the car's battery. Easy to install. Can cut engine and resume easily, by sms commands. You can configure a tracking website (I recommend orange.gps-trace.com, very easy to configure) and your device will send location information through GPRS. You can command your tracker by an app for Android (search for TrackCom on Google Play, very good and cheap one)

Cons: GPS receiver is not so accurate as a Nav System's. You can see very well where your car is, but it's precision is around 10 meters. So if you get your car parked with the persistant tracking mode activate, you'll see your car "moving" almost every 30 seconds (10 meters to one side, then 10 meter to the other side, etc). But nothing that I can't live with.

Other: I recommend this device, its kinda cheap, and works very well (almost 1 year in my car). You can use an app to send commands from your android phone. I recommend TrackerCom because it's simple and very useful. Just configure the phone number and password then send the commands by pressing a button. The most used commands has buttons on this app.

Pros: Great tracker, responds well to all commands, the manual is not TOO chinglish. I have it setup on GPRS as I dont like the text setup, the software it comes with is buggy and crashes a lot so I'm now using OpenGTS which works great. Other: Es un excelente producto, el software para pc me fue imposible usarlo pero por medio del sitio del fabricante no tuve problemas, eso si, solo hay 7 dias de gratuidad en el uso, luego hay que pagar una membresia anual

Pros: Easy installation, delivers what it promises, excellent accuracy, excellent signal reception.

Cons: Still have not found against. Too bad it is not sold with all possible accessories.

Other: I recommend the purchase. Allows installation of accessories like camera etc..

Pros: Supports: 1) siren 2) door monitoring (for all types of switch connections) 3) engine cutoff functionality 4) tracking trough GPRS/SMS. Easy to configure and use. Works without issues. With good signal reception connects to the GSM network in less than 15 seconds and to the GPS - less than a minute. Remote controller has good reception.

Cons: Seems like the siren output is not designed for direct siren connection. The power fuse is 1A only and most siren I've seen require more. Also the transistor inside will see some heat while handling 1A continuous output. The USB is not USB, but serial port. Be careful as connecting this directly to the USB may result in damage to the tracker. The remote controller is pretty big compared to the standard alarm remotes. Would be a lot better if it was smaller. Pretty cheap, the same trackers are available here for 60-65 USD. I took this one as it got most reviews, but after looking at it in more details it happen to be exactly the same tracker.

Other: Good tracker although a bit expensive. If I need one more I would definitely get one as this.

Pros: Very stable, very easy to configure and setup a cellphone administrator number, also comes with a user's guide. The GPS and GSM systems works even inside buildings, also, the GPS is very accurate, something like 2 meters. It comes with a 500mA Li-Ion internal battery (not user replaceable), which can stand for a few hours in a emergency case.

Cons: It draws too much energy from car's battery. I put it in a motorcycle, which uses a 12V 6Ah PB battery, after 2 days without use, the remaining capacity was 10%, in the third day I couldn't start the engine anymore. Of course, a car battery can withstand a lot more, but I'm pretty sure that is not more than a week. So, if you're planning to use in a motorcycle, consider use a battery float charge to prevent power outage.

Other: If you want to do a better DIY job, try to find the ECU power wire (red with a ? strip?) instead of bypass the ignition wire, so you can swap the high power relay for a small, low-power one, it will help you in confined spaces and draws less energy, at least while the car is in the "stop" mode.

Pros: very good housing, harness. door alarm, ignition alarm, move alarm, over speed alarm and some more. it has back up battery, it informs about changes (weak battery, main power disconnected or off), microphone, manual very easy to understand, very little chinglish

Cons: I would appreciate more info about recharging backup battery (it is done through main power) and placing gsm, gps antennas in vehicle for best results - I had to get info from other sources
