    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: the built in speakers on my netbook are nearly useless so i got these to be able to hear when i stream netflix. definite improvement, very audible.
    i like that i can charge them from the USB and then turn the power switch off to keep them from running down when not in use and unplug the power cable to carry them with me.

    Cons: there's a tiny annoying whiny buzz in the background if they are plugged in and no audio is playing. as soon as i start a video it becomes unnoticable to me but some people might still notice it.

    Other: good if you have a small specific need like a netbook with limited speakers
