    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: to test this i connected it to my freind, and touched a plasma ball with a wet finger. surge ran through me no harm and shocked my friend. IE it works or else i should have had a slight shock. i have experenced a serge by touching a metal case, so i got this to makesure it never happens again

    Cons: none i can think of, could be longer and dont like the coil but its necessary at the same timee
