Power Arm Exerciser and Strengthener

Pros: Works wrists and forearms nicely. It's also somewhat affordable.

Cons: It cracked on me! One of the screws that keeps the handle down kept sliding out, so I went to tighten it extra tight and the shotty plastic cracked... so then I wrapped it in duct tape.

Other: not a bad deal, buy duct tape though. You might need it. There are better forearm exercisers out there, but they are hard to come by, and probalby expensive so for around $14 delivered to your house, this isn't a bad deal.

Pros: Its does what it is meant to do.
Gives a good amount of resistance.
Nice feel to it.
It is adjustable, so it can fit different size people.

Cons: Can be a bit uncomfortable on the back of the wrist if used for a long time.
Could be just a wee bit cheaper.

Other: If you want to strengthen your wrist/wrists, then this is for you.
I can not see it breaking in the future, so it should last for a long time.

Pros: - Nice look/finish - doesn't look like a toy
- Comfortable hand grip and bace
- Good resistance, not too weak
- Can use just about anywhere
- Much easier to carry than weights
- Center brace strap is adjustable
- Can change the leverage point
- Works in reverse
- Compact device, fits in just about any bag
- Light weight, good for travelling
- Good work out

Cons: - Overall length is not adjustable
- Center brace could be wider
- Packaging is cheap
- Single purpose (but it fits that purpose perfectly!)

Other: Can't carry or store a bar and weights for wrist curls? This is what you need!
