Premium MotionPlus for Wii Remote (White)

Pros: Cheap, and looks like genuine

Cons: Less then half of my Wii remotes recognize it, most of them are unable to recognize it!
I've tested these Motion Plus items (I ordered 3) with:
- 2 white remotes (they recognized it)
- 1 more white remote (didn't recognize it)
- 3 black remote (none of them recognized it. When I connected them together the black wii remotes freezed out!)

Other: doesn't worth the money, because the genuine one is just a little bit more expensive but than one IS WORKING PERFECTLY.

Pros: Pros are it connects to the Wii to enable motion plus games, it has all the connectors that an officail motion plus has. If you want to pay way less for this tiny peice of plastic then this is for you.

Cons: Cons are its definatly NOT Premium and the connector that goes into the Wii Remote is very loose and is the same on all four of them that i bought so its not a one off thing, the official one is very sturdy and not cheap feeling were as this one looks and feels cheap but what do you expect!

Other: Cheap! NOT Premium, It's a Motion Plus!!!!

Pros: Pretty good, looks like the real thing with all the features. Not terribly cheap. I haven't seen the real thing, but this does not appear to be a clone, but a real OEM unmarked version

Cons: Little unreliable. The little cap came apart when it took it out of the package, it wasn't glued enough. I fixed it.
Also, one of the ones I bought didn't work at all, but I opened it up and there was a small short I fixed with a razor knife. It looks as if these aren't tested, but I know DX is good about returns.

Other: Worth it to save 10$ a unit, but not an amazing saving if you're not experienced enough with electronics or glue to fix the small issues.

Pros: - It's a clone of the WiiMotion Plus - It works

Cons: - Build quality is awful: the plug is very loose (unlike the original, where the plug is fixed and sturdy). - The plastic cover for the Nunchuk connector was broken, had to fix it with some superglue. - The Lock slider on the back does not stay in the Locked position. After a few minutes of gameplay it's gone back to the unlocked position

Other: The important thing is that it works, but it does not look as though it will last long.

Pros: - It does the same job as the real motion plus from Nintendo. - When the protective cover in silicone is in place it stays where it is supposed to be, and no difference from other brands can be noticed.

Cons: - It does not fit so good, the device is loose so you need to put on the protective cover in silicone to keep it in place. - The lock button does not stay in it's looked position, after a few minutes it has slided down to the unlocked position.

Other: It is good, does what it is supposed to do. The picture on it is ugly!

Pros: Cheapest 3 dimensional gyro board in the whole world It uses Invensense's 650 series with more than 2000 Deg/sec Perfect for hacking ( Interface is I2C and is hacked, just Google MotionPlus hack)

Cons: Almost none as a gyroscope Some complained about a loose connection to Wii Remote, but I never used it with a Wii remote :)

Other: While original MotionPlus from nintendo is reported to use IDG600 + Epson gyros, this one uses even better Gyros. Technically this should work better than the original Motionplus ! Good product !

Pros: its the cheaper way to play wii motion plus supported games with you nintendo wii console.
it looks nice and works.

Cons: its not 100% the same accuracy like the orginal Wii motion plus - but its ok.
the battery of you Wii Remote gets faster empty.
it not support the offical wii motion plus remote silicon case - so yopu have to play without the case.

Other: In the end its a perfect product if you want to play wii motion plus games.

Pros: Its a cheap alternative for the original Wii Motion Plus! It's works with all the Wii Motion Plus games, so it does what it needs to do!

Cons: The accuracy is not 100% the same like an original Wii motion plus controler, but it works! The connection of the Wii motion Plus was a bit loose. So the quality can be better. Also the battery of the Wii Remote gets faster empty.

Other: For this price it's a perfect alternative! It works fine but the main con is the loose connection!

Pros: It works. I tested it with Wii Sports Resort game and it worked well almost in all games except where quick and open movements where needed (see Sword and Ping Pong games) Bueno, funciona. Lo he probado con el Wii Sports Resort y la respuesta ha sido buena en casi todos los juegos excepto en los que se requerían movimientos rápidos y amplios como el juego de la Espada o el Ping Pong.

Cons: As i have said early when quick and open movements are needed as for sword and ping pong, when you move very qick the wiimote, it lose his calibration and you must stop game and recalibrate (don't ever needed with original wiimote with WMP) but usualy it will be late, you notice when you have lost the point in ping pong o have received a wave of hits in sword. The connection is a bit loose. I haven't find a silicone case for mote + motionplus, so i recommend buy it with silicone case. Had a problem with uloader, Wii freezes. Must connect MotionPlus after loading game. Como he dicho antes cuando se necesitan movimientos rápidos y abiertos como en el juego de la Espada o el Ping Pong el mando se descalibra y necesitas parar el juego y recalibrarlo (nunca he tenido que hacerlo con el mando con WMP original) y normalmente será tarde porque ya habrás perdido el punto en el Ping Pong o te habrán dado una somanta de palos en el juego de la Espada La conexión con el mando es un poco floja. Aun no he encontrado una funda de silicona para el conjuto Wiimote + motionplus por lo que te recomiendo que en vez de este articulo, te compres uno con la funda incluida. He tenido problemas con el Uloader, la wii se cuelga y he tenido cargar el juego y luego conectar el motionplus.

Other: Buy one with silicone case. Tested with sku 23258. Compra uno con funda de silicona. Probado con sku 23258.

Pros: The wii motion plus devices are very usefull for skilled hobbyists who wish to hack them to get a RC plane inertial unit. WM+ embarks a 3 axis gyrometers. At the beginning they came with 3 independant MEMS gyros with analog outputs converted to digital and outputed on a serial I2C bus. This SKU (maybe I was lucky) is a new technology with a ITG-3205 chip which is single-chip, digital-output, 3-axis MEMS gyro IC. For those who want to use a WM+ connected to a microcontroler, this is a really easy and cheap way to do it !

Cons: tjhe device is difficult to open (need a special screwdriver ...) Not a major issue !
