What is Bulk Rate? BulkRate is a semi-wholesale system with items priced separately from retail. When you use bulk rates, a flat $1.70 registered air mail fee will automatically be added to your cart to ensure delivery of package. While BulkRate's intention is to offer cheaper prices when you buy in bulk, because it is priced separately it on occassions show a higher than retail price. That's why we ask you to enter BULKRATE as a coupon code to manually activate the rates. You can always opt not to use the bulk rates. If you are looking for wholesale prices please feel free to contact us.

Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: +Cheap +Good build quality. Coating applied evenly and without distortion
Cons: -You can make only RAW photos because it changes white balance and tint. -Dynamic range increases very slightly. HDR-images look worse than expected
Other: It's worth the money, but is not suitable for professional use. Buy one of them to see if you need a higher quality ND-filter or not.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Cheaper than brand name competition. Stackable ring. Solid construction. Even coverage. Good item for beginners to have in lens kit.
Cons: Hue shift towards purple is quite significant. Stacking multiple filters exacerbates the issue. I'd not recommend using more than 2 filters at a time.
Other: Good for long-exposed time-lapse shoots. Shutter speeds get lower at the expense of color accuracy. If color is important to you, expect to pay $50+ for brand name glass. These are cheap, so you get what you paid for.

Pros: Fitment is really good; it's simple to attach; effect is really coll; the package is really good to carry in pockets/ bags. i think this is a really useful filter for any kind of photographer.
Cons: the material is not like as i thought; the lens of the filter it's pretty spotted, i don't know if this is normal, but it doesn't affect the picture at all
Other: if a friend of mine are looking for a cheaper filter i'll definitely indicate this one.
