Pros: This is dark and cheap. The rim isn't that thick so you can stack a few filters if you like without too much vignetting from the wider angle lenses that are out there. The case that it comes in is very reuseable.
Cons: No cons to speak of.
Other: Buy one. Get the ND2 as well and stack them for ND10 goodness. Probably the cheapest quality photographic gear that you're likely to find.

Pros: cheap, it does what it says it does, for that price there is no better (or other) filter like this.
Cons: none so far, perhaps box is a too large so it takes a bit more space then other filters in my bag
Other: I wanted to play around with long exposures without spending much money on other branded filters (they are around 20-50 euros in my local camera store), so this is a lot of fun for a small amount of money

Pros: I must admit I was shocked on the quality of this filter.
Though I haven't used it that much on the occasions when I put it on my lens I was surprised to see no major issues on the image quality.
Works exactly as it should.
Cons: None until now.
Other: Valuable product. Good price and high build quality.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: It does a decent amount of darkening your shot. Especially when photographing or filming outdoors!
It lets you keep a slightly larger aperture when you are filming with low shutter speeds but also still want to keep a nice shallow depth of field.
Cons: I'm going to say that this filter has quite a dramatic color shift towards red. I am not familiar with any other ND filter however, so I'm not really sure whether this also applies to more professional ones. It can however be corrected by playing around with the custom white balance settings.
There's also a slight vignetting. But to me that's not really that much of an issue.
Other: It's a great filter when you're not wanting to spend a lot of money on one! It has a rather huge amount of color shifting towards red, but if you like playing around with filters and the white balance, you'll definitely enjoy it!

Pros: It's cheap and dark. Allows to use long exposures with daylight. Great tools for shooting water, especially waterfalls.
Cons: Not neutral, but has some reddish color.
Other: Worth buying if you want to shoot with long exposures and don't want to spend much money.

Pros: Good filter with small price, great quality build. i'm very satisfied. is not so dark, but I liked the results. great for long exposures and photos in brightly lit
Cons: could be slightly darker. creates a vignette around the edges, but nothing that interferes with photography. photographer with Canon 550D (T2i) and 18 ~ 135mm lens
Other: Great price, product quality and delivery free. recommend! highly recommended for outdoor photography, waterfalls and models in the shade with sunny background
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: It is cheap, it's easy to use, the cameras meter has no problems metering light. Easy to mount, good mechanical work.
Cons: Not as dark as a ND-8 is supposed to be. I can get shuttertimes of 1 sec in broad daylight, on ISO 100 and at f/22. Looks more lika a ND-4, like a pair of sunglasses. It also has a red tint, that will skew your white balance, but that can easily be corrected with a custom WB.
Other: OK filter to help you learn the basics of long shutter times in daylight. But once you have developed a taste for this kind of photos you will want a stronger, better filter. You can get one at DX.com :)

Pros: Its Cheap and working well as ND8 filter on my Nikon D7000. It is easy to use once you know how the ND filter work. Good for outdoor with bright sun shine. Good built quality and good case.
Cons: No cons so far No cons so far No cons so far No cons so far No cons so far No cons so far
Other: Cheap but good quality
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Of course, the biggest pro of this ND8 Camera Lens Filter is it's price. ND camera lens filters are quite expensive in stores. With this ND filter you can take pictures with longer exposures in bright light.
Cons: The filter is supposed only to filter bright lights and the the filter should be neutral for the colors. But the photos I take have a slight red discoloration
Other: Even if you only use this filter to protect your camera lens against accidental bumps, it is worth it's money!
