Premium VGA HD AV Cable for XBox 360 (160CM-Length)

Pros: Very good alternative to XBox official brand.
Supports optical sound (not tested), and has Composite Video, too.
Cable is reasonable length.

Cons: Build is slightly lacking. Materials seem a bit cheap, but when it comes to cables, you don't really notice the difference in performance.

Other: This is a great tool for traveling students in order to reduce the amount of screens to be moved around (dual purpose monitor).
Strongly recommended for the weak of wallet.

Pros: Well, it works. Connect my Xbox 360 in my Samsung T220 (it indeed have a DVI-D input, where I can use with a HDMI-VGA adapter, but I prefer to use my PC in this port) with 1680x1050 resolution.
It's well build, looks like a original one.

Cons: There are lots of ghosting in the picture. Well, my monitor isn't very good with VGA port anyway, but I expect something better.
Mine didn't come with Optical Output, I woudn't use anyway but someone may need it.

Other: It's cheap but the quality isn't top noch. If you really need a VGA cable for your Xbox 360 you should buy it, but remeber about the ghosting problem.

Pros: Works great when using a extra VGA monitor
or connecting it to a auto DVD player screen on the road
Well worth the small price instead of the official cable

Cons: Connector is a bit thinner than the Microsoft XBox 360 cable and the RCA connectors are not as sturdy, But it works.
Having to wait to get it in the mail from over seas.

Other: Glad I bought it, I was going to make one but I did not have the free time and could not find the needed connector for the xbox 360

Cons: -Bad quality of the signal. I don't know why but when i use this cable it's not even close to the HDMI quality. It's blurring the picture, it's like almost doubling the image. Altho I'm using the optimal resolution for my monitor, it's not good.

Other: -It's a good cable overall, someone might find it handy, sadly it didn't work quite as I expected.

Pros: It's a pretty good cable. Works as advertised. Supports up to 1920x1080. The HD/SD swithc works fine. You can connect it to almost any monitor and most TVs. Build quality is fine. There was a seam where optical audio should be.

Cons: IT HAS NO OPTICAL AUDIO. Even though in the description it says there is one you can't see it on the photo. It's a major flaw for me because I want surround sound. Somebody should correct the description.

Other: If you don't want optical sound it's good.

Cons: work only on SD, when i try a definition superior at 640x480 the picture is double...so this cable not usefull Fonctionne correctement uniquement en SD, dès que l'on augmente la résolution, l'image est flou, comme dédoublé... donc forcement , l'achat de ce cable "HD" ne sert a rien, puisque obligé de jouer en basse définition pour une image correcte

Pros: The cable was delivered within a week! It is very cheap, you don't need any knowledge for installing this cable. About dealextreme: Always good fine shopping with them!!

Cons: Got s bit of shadows on jy new Samsung SyncMAster 2333, have to find out where the issue is! Maybe someone else noticed it also. Using is on 1920x1080

Other: Price - quality is OK, when the shadow issue is solved I will put the answer here!!!

Pros: Use it to connect to a pc monitor Much much much cheaper than xbox's original version It has both VGA and RCA so you don't have to unplug from your tv if you're close enough Cable is long, long enough for my use Picture quality is better than I imagined No ghosting experienced

Cons: VGA cable end feels cheep, as most cheaper cables do HD would be better but not possible due to compatibility No sound, need to use external speakers unless your monitor has built in speakers

Other: If you have a need, get them. Even if you don't they are nice to have around. Future shop laughed at me when I asked if there were such a thing as this cable. I went home and googled it and found out xbox actually makes one but for $50! Good ole DX carries it for a fifth of the price.
