PRIME 50W 4000LM LED Emitter Metal Plate - Silver + White + Yellow (22V~25V)

Pros: Wow, this thing is amazing. One of them will light up your whole living room without adding any lens. Just use it as is (add a heatsink though).
Certainly can be used for stage lighting, which is what I bought it for.
It produces a clean white light.
The plastic moulding has + and - marks on it. The narrow outer strips can be used for connecting power, but for a clean tight installation you cut off the narrow strips and solder wires to the contact pads inside the plastic frame. The plastic frame has holes for passing the wires either out the back or out the sides, very nice design.
Even at 20W it will produce enough light for most applications, so you might want to run it at low power to extend life.

Cons: A bit too expensive, but still a good product.

Other: Great LED, I'll buy more but the price is making me think twice so I'll be careful to select the right one for what I need.

Pros: Really powerful when you buy here in Argentina, not even offering me any of this power.
I will use to illuminate my backyard.

Pros: Purchased with SKU 39974 and SKU 12834, together they make an absolutely ludicrous amount of light.
Be warned, shield your eyes.
Would make a great light over a work bench.

Cons: Runs VERY hot, running at ~19 volts you can get away with a large passive north bridge heatsink but at full power this unit requires a large passive heatsink or an active heatsink, I am using a an old PentiumIII heatsink with a fan which seems to be the bare minimum to keep this unit within it’s rated operating temperature of 60 degrees C.

Other: Unbelievable light output but cooling needs to be considered very carefully.

Pros: Lots of light, not surprisingly. Lights up a room even with indirect lightning.

Cons: Lots of heat. LOTS of heat. Massive amounts of heat. I attached it to a fairly large heatpipe cooling assembly and it still needs a fan to keep the temperature in acceptable limits. You really need to consider this if you are buying one. Also, the fan will probably need it's own power source.

Other: I got what I was buying, which was lots of light for relatively small power. I knew about the heat issue and was mentally and technically prepared.
