Professional Phone and Game Consoles Disassembly Tool (8-Piece Set)

Pros: Made of good firm plastic. Very useful for upgrading my ram on my dell mini 10v. Some of the parts on the dell 10v are very difficult not to break without the aide of tools like these. Small, light, resistant nothing to figure out what you see is what you get.

Cons: I think a kit like this needs a least 2 suction cups. For taking off the hand rest from my netbook one suction cup is not enough. considering what it is its a good price but compared to similar tools on this site, it could be cheaper.

Other: very good product. I would recommend to anyone with a dell mini 10v

Pros: - Doubt I could find such a kit localy, would prolly waste several houres trying to and it would never be that cheap so rather just get it here.

Cons: - I wouldn't think there's any, mostly at such price.

Other: If you're the kind of guy/geek who likes to mess into electronic stuff then you need to have this kit just in case you need it someday. It's cheap so you don't lose money and u'll be really glad to have it at home if one day you happen to need it.

Pros: It is really a useful set of tools. You may not open many phones but it is good for other devices. If you need to use it often I recommend buying a 3 or more at once for savings. The prying tools is a good way to remove screens, lenses and cases with out damaging them. Can be use also to pop off clips correctly rather then breaking them.? The philips and slotted screw drives are a bonus, but majority of “small” electronics use them. The pick tool is perfect! A common guitar pick are weak if you push too much, this is strong.

Cons: The quality of the tools are not the best. Don´t know how many times the plastic parts can be used before breaking. Be extra careful with the prying tools. It seems using to much leverage would snap it. Have worked on about 3-4 phones. Overall it is useful, not junk. Torx screw drives are magnetized. It's very useful, especially working with smaller screws.

Other: You really can go wrong for a tool kit for this price. Does exactly what it suppose to.

Pros: One of the cheaper sets on here. Really comes in handy, used it to replace a lcd and digitizer screen on my ipod 2. Love the maganetized tips on the torx drivers.

Cons: The pry sticks are very cheap material. Broke the tip of one within 5 mins of opening it. Guess you get what you pay for there.

Other: Prybars are weak, but it's worth it if you do any sort of repairs on your phones or other gadgets. cant complaid with the price.

Pros: It's really cheap and comes with a set of good precision tools. Light and small screwdrives.

Cons: The build quality is no the best. There are some unecessary tools, and some easly breakable tools (the green umont bars, for example)

Other: Nothing wrong with the kit. Just buy one if you need some small screw drivers to fix notebooks, psp's, iphones, etc, etc.

Pros: very useful set for disassemble phone, really good for iPhone. It would be really complicated to disassemble phone without this tools and not to damaged it.

PCB umount bars will probable brake after first use, but thats normal because they are made of plastic and if they would be made of stronger material than it would damage phone. So if you are going to fix a lot of phones buy a lot of PCB umount bars

Other: If you need to disassemble phone than you need this set, but buy a decent screw driver and extra PCB umount bars

Cons: the green plastic stick broke off soooo quick
just tried opening my ipod and it just broke
its not like it snapped, just like it ripped

i took a hobby knife instead and its open now lol

Other: They're cheap and they do the work. Oh, but the green plastic parts are bad quality, they will break.

Pros: Excellent price. It is compact, making it easy to keep close for "emergencies". Screws have good resistance and precision.

Cons: Green PCB umount bars break too easily, before I finish the first repair they both broke. The screw´s handle lose the grip when hands are slightly sweaty.

Other: I would not recommend if you´re intending to use it professionally (despite the name), but is good enough for one-time repair or ocasional home gizmo repair.

Pros: Good build, price. Easy to use. lightweight and take up little space in my pocket. With these screwdrivers unwound my phone and cleaned the screen of dust. Screwdrivers come good to all my phones.

Cons: Small screwdriver and maybe some people will not be comfortable in your hands.Green plastic had a poor quality. When opened up my phone broke a green plastic quick

Other: Good product for its price, easy to use. Recommend.
