Protective Backside Case for iPhone 3G (Translucent Black)

Pros: -Fitment is pretty much perfect, I'd say probably 95%
-Very sleek, and keeps the shape of the 3g.
-Barely adds any bulk to the phone, you can barely tell it is on unless you look closely.
-Easily slips in and out of the pocket
-Translucent black gives a "smoked" look to the apple logo and words on the back of the phone.

Cons: -The case is hard plastic to it gets scratched, mine has fine swirl marks and such after about a week of use.
-It doesnt cover all of the chrome around the edge of the iPhone... it covers about half of it.

Pros: This is one of the best cases around. The iPhone fits perfectly into the case. It is really strong plastic and will only scratch not break Easy access to other controls. Only adds a minimum thickness to the iPhone.

Cons: Kinda hard to get off. Have to find a tool to use without scratching it.

Other: This case will not come off accidentally. It will stay on and protect your iPhone until you force it off. I will probably buy a few more of these for when this one gets scratched up.

Pros: Great to use. The black give the phone a emo type look.

Cons: It is made from hard plastic so it scratches really easily
When sand gets between the case and phone, the phone is left with little holes

Cons: Minor annoyance : The plastic around the lock button is a bit thick so sometimes it is difficult to press it, depending the angle that you do it. I'm just comparing this with the multiple other cases I bought from dealextreme.

Other: Get this case to protect and show off what you got on the back of your Iphone 3G at a great price! I bought like 4 different cases on dealextreme already. It's better than getting one in my city for almost the same price and you get only 1!

Pros: best case ive ever seen for iphone. i have a black 3g iphone, in my opinion, if ur a minimalist and don't like ugly rubber and stuff, this is the best one

Cons: i was like forcing it on so hard i was kinda thinking at the back of my head i hope i dont bust this damn iphone open haha
but iphone is strong so it was ok once it finally clicked on its snug and tight

Other: like a condom. you want to use ur iphone bare, but ur afraid of what might be out there. so you need some protection.. this is (for $2) the closest thing to bare you will ever find (so far!)in my opinion

Pros: Great looks. Doesn't interefere with the usage of the phone. Clear grey color looks nice, thin enough to don't bother and soid enough to stay in place. Almost perfect fit.

Cons: Doesn't cover the upper chrome half of the phone. The protector only reaches the chrome bezel partially so if phone falls into the ground, facing the screen it will not be protected. Good for back scratch protection and ocasional falls but your phone can be damaged at the right angle.

Other: Great protector, great price, get one NOW if you want to keep the looks and stay moderately safe. Combine it with SKU 14400 and be happy.

Pros: Protects your iPhone 3G back side from scratches and it is pretty unnoticable so it does not ruin the design that much. I like it better than the silicone ones.

Cons: Does not cover the chrome bezel totally, so the chrome part gets some scratches eventually. If some particles get between the case and your phone they will make scratches to the back (since they both are hard), so remember to clean the case once a week. Also the finish (esp. the mold seams) are visible from the other side and they can scratch your phone a bit. Dark finish hides your shiny mirroring apple logo quite a bit.

Pros: The One-line Summary says it all. Just buy one. Dealextreme asks that price not be included in these reviews -- OK, I won't cite the price. Instead, I'll cite the ideal comparison. Go to an Apple store and check out the Air Jacket (or something like that). The subject hard-plastic protector is virtually identical and LESS THAN TEN PERCENT of the Air Jacket's cost. I know. I bought an Air jacket before I found Dealextreme.

Cons: Alright -- so maybe the airjacket is a nanometer or so thinner, but you'll need a micrometer to verify this -- heck, you can probably find a micrometer to buy here on Dealextreme, add it to the cart and you'll still be spending less than an Air Jacket.

Other: Yet another sensational deal from, in my view, one of, if not the very top international e-commerce firms today.

Pros: Protects your iPhone from scratches
Does not ruin the design of iPhone like other cases.
The price is absolutely great.
It can be easily placed although some attention required to align it. Nothing to difficult though.

Cons: After a couple of months a few cracks appear
After a fall some small edges will break
You have to replace it after 3-4 months depending on use
You have to take it off and clean it after 1-2 months.

Other: Buy it. It is cheap, protects your iPhone, looks great. Combine it with a screen protector for overall protection that does not damage the beautiful design of iPhone.
