Protective Impact Defender Housing Case for iPod Touch 4 - Black

Pros: - It's a comprehensive package; The product comes with a plastic "skeleton" (for impact resistance), silicon casing (for grip & keeping out foreign substances), and adhesive film for the exposed, non protected parts (for dust prevention) - All buttons are perfectly accessible through the case

Cons: - Build quality is not bad, but it could be better - It makes your iPod big & bulky (but, of course, protected) - The silicon attracts small particles, eg. dust - The impractical headphone jack / usb slot protecters make it look cheap - It has a weird design with alot of arrows, which tries to look futuristic, but in my opinion, makes it look silly - The screen is left wedged deep inside the case, accessing sides of the screen is difficult

Other: If you want to really protect your iPod 4-gen, get this item. However, the bulkiness caused by this cheap case might go beside the point of the slim, mobile iPod touch.

Pros: -Sturdy.

-Great inner protector case.
-Makes the iPod a little "bigger" for better grip.
-Comes with screen protector.

Cons: -The outer grip part does attract a bit of dust. But nothing that you can't simply wipe off.
-Some of the third-party cords/accessories (ie: DX stuff) don't always fit in the dock part because of the protruding plastic of the case. (I'm going to simply use my dremel to sand it down.)
-Same above for some bigger/fatter headphone jack connections.

Other: This is the case to get to protect your investment. The price is great! Check elsewhere and you'll pay SO much more. I had bought a few other cases here on DX and they are very nice LOOKING but they won't protect my iPod Touch 4 like this one.

Pros: This item greatly improves the grip when you have the iPod in your hand. It seems a little bulky and the extra grip make it difficult to put and get out of the pocket. Still it looks like with it the iPod is indestructible.

Cons: The design it not that great and the extra grip could be a double edge sword when you want to get it out of your pocket.

Other: If you worry about the security of your precious iPod this is a must have. And you can't beat that great price.

Cons: -it mades your look big -hard to put on -the case is all black all of it -hard to click on the volume buttons -there was some plastic that was not needed

Pros: It's really sturdy, it surely can protect your ipod from shocks.
It's silicone cover protects the connector from dust.

Cons: It's too big for my taste and makes the ipod look really awfull, particularly the hole for the apple.

Other: It's ugly, but it works. The price could be better, but probably you paid much more for the ipod and would like to protect it.

Pros: this item is both useful and cool, I bought this beacause I needed it. and it works better than Iexpected

Cons: It protects your iPod touch 4 from scratches and other kind of damage. A little hard to get the iPod into it, but it fits

Other: not a beautiful sight, but it works and that is very good for that cheap price. I prefer to have it on My iPod all the time, but you really can`t have it in your pocket if you are wearing tight jeans

Cons: +Slightly low quality feeling, but its very slight. You can't expect the premium quality feel that you get usually from an apple product, but maybe thats just the silicon... +The arrows are a bit of a turnoff, design wise. It feels a bit childish, but i didn't really care too much about it. If you're not very keen on looks, then there's really no other flaw! +Adds about 75% extra bulk to the original ipod's size, i feel its a good thing actually. It's equivalent to an iphone 3g or slightly less. But the extra bulk may be a turnoff for some.

Other: This black case looks really cool, and is my personal favorite! If you're looking for a cheaper alternative to otterbox defender series or griffin case, this is it! Look no further! :D

Pros: The product is very usable and powerful, long-term stored?

Cons: To assemble the first defender should use little power, twice the fat protects the iPod but the intensity of defense and security of the shield is very high! I do not think anything will happen to my iPod with this case! : -)

Pros: It was cheap and it does the job. You can tell that it can take impacts. It fits well on the ipod touch. The screen's responsiveness wasn't affected. It was fairly easy to put on, and all the buttons were still easy to press unlike some other cheap ipod touch cases.

Cons: It wasnt really built well, the edges were dodgy and it didnt look expensive.

Other: For $3 its worth it. It will protect the ipod touch the way it should and its cheap! The bottom line is that its worth the 3 something dollars. And hey, its free shipping.

Pros: -Rugged as heck! Feels like I've wrapped the thing in a truck tyre!
-Fits amazingly well. No rattles, all buttons accessable, etc. Even a cut out for the Apple logo!
-Excellent value for what you pay for

Cons: -Molding is a little dodgy, but easily sorted with a pen knife. Note that this does not affect the inside, just the outside.
-Protective films are a royal pain in the arse to apply. Sticky bits are stupidly difficult to adhere to the little rims around the case. Wound up not being able to get it all on.

Other: If you're looking for a stylish way to carry your iPod, this sure as heck isn't it. If you're looking for something that'll survive a couple of drops, and handle being thrown into a bag with a bunch of other things, this is your case. Similar to a name brand case on the market, but orders of magnitude less expensive.
