Protective PU Leather Case for Apple iPad 2 - Black

Pros: - great built quality
- very easy to put on and take off
- looks great
- real leather
- fits real nice
- protect the front and the back of the ipd
- user friendly

Cons: - it is a bit expensive, comparing to other things in DX, but you will not find a cheaper cover in the "regular" stores. For example in "fnac"(portugal) a cover like this will cost you 50€ (70usd)
- it took ouver a month to arrive to Portugal

Other: you defnently need this cover if you use your ipad every day and you carrie it inside a bag, it will fully protect your ipad 2..and it is also beatiful (real leather)

Pros: The cover has a great feel. At first it look a bit cheap at the picture, but after I received it, it was only the price that was cheap. The inside of the cover has a nice soft touch. On the outside it is very businesslike. It has a stand. And, something not mentioned on the site, it has magnetic buttons to close the case wich also works to set the iPad in stand-by (just like the original iPad case).

Cons: Only little thing is that the stand is'nt very high to use on your lap.

Other: You can buy this case. Its very good. This price is amazing. Fits very good. Good leather. Dont buy it from the apple store. This is a extreme deal. I dont mis something. I have seen a lot of cases. But this is the best.

Pros: Good price, with an acceptable quality. My iPad 2 fits perfectly in this cover. All holes are in the right place. The smart function (iPad goes turns off when you close the cover) is a plus. Internal materials, wich are in contact with the iPad are very soft and care it correctly.

Cons: I receive my cover with some details in the front. May be during the transport the cover was squashed. Dealextreme should be a little more careful with the packaging.

Other: Its a really good option if you need to protect your iPad 2.

Pros: Good build quality and good protection for the Ipad2. Looks good too. From the front, it actually looks like i'm carrying a diary/notepad which i think is cool. Has magnets on the cover so it will not open accidentally.

Cons: The magnets are not aligned correctly for my case causing the 'smart cover' effect to not work properly. Although it gives good protection, it actually adds to the overall weight which makes the ipad2 quite heavy.

Other: Looks good, cheap and gives good protection to your ipad.

Pros: Very cheap for what you get. Provides excellent protection for your iPad. Nice look and feel. Easy to handle. Magnetic cover wakes up your iPad when you open it and puts it to sleep when you close it (works reliably too). Front cover can fold back and act as a stand for the iPad.

Cons: The hole on the back doesn't line up with the centre of the iPad's rear facing camera. It doesn't block the camera, so it's no big deal. Obviously not real leather for this price, but it feels very durable.

Other: I think it's the best value for money iPad case available.

Cons: the flap where the fold back top slots into is a little stiff so hard to slot in. However, I imagine this will get better as the case wears a little

Other: This case is even better than I expected. Compared to the AU$50 they sell here in Australia I think this one tops them all. Very happy indeed.
I still have my original smart cover I bought from apple. I will continue to use that within the office but when I'm about and about or letting my kids use my iPad I will put on this leather case so that it offers more protection if dropped, drink spills, etc.

Pros: Hard and strong, it really protects the iPad 2.
Fits well and let all things like cameras, connectors and buttons out.
Magnetic shuts the screen off.

Cons: Sometimes the magnetic does not work.
It makes iPad 2 really big.
The back camera does not centers with the hole.

Other: So far the best cover I have ever seen not for the price only but the quality. For me it is even better than the SmartCover because it really protects the front.

Pros: Extremely high quility of production. I've used it quite long, and then gave to friend of mine, and more than one year it looks just like new. Natural leather lasts really long. Magnets on smart-cover work just as intended.

Cons: Corners, ppl! your iPad is most likely to fall on its corner. So did mine. it fell from table-height, but floor was made of stone, so, I feel pretty lucky that it didn't broke the glass, just small smash on corner. But it means that the case is not really protective.

Other: Overall very good product, but I used my iPad really hard way, so I needed better _protection_, I gave my cover to friend, got another model from DX, which covers all corners and called as "Ultra-thin PU", (SKU: 57240), (will review there too)
