Pros: It is really cheap for this quality, not "premium" material, but is a real good one, I surelly recomend. It really cover all the parts of the iPad, it is really protected. Also gives option to stand the iPad in some good position. It holds the iPad reall tight, so you wont have the risk of it fell from the cover (some cover are really lame in this aspect).

Cons: None that I could find.

Other: It is really worth the price. In my city any kind of cover is at least US$ 25,00, even the ones much worst than this one. I surelly recommend
