What is Bulk Rate? BulkRate is a semi-wholesale system with items priced separately from retail. When you use bulk rates, a flat $1.70 registered air mail fee will automatically be added to your cart to ensure delivery of package. While BulkRate's intention is to offer cheaper prices when you buy in bulk, because it is priced separately it on occassions show a higher than retail price. That's why we ask you to enter BULKRATE as a coupon code to manually activate the rates. You can always opt not to use the bulk rates. Pros: It works flawless as a USB data cable for PSP & PC. I transfered files between PC & PSP. It even works with my USB all-in-one (AIO) card reader & a 1GB MSPRODUO. The mini-B (small connector) plugs into any USB devices.
Cons: There are no instructions. I have yet to figure out how to charge my PSP with the cable. If I plug it in PSP while PSP is off, it'll shut down PSP as soon as I turn it on. At times, there's a split second of the last screen shown. If I plug it in PSP while it's on, the PSP works normal, but the battery info says - in all fields except external in the power source. The battery loses charge as if it's not being charged. The battery light indicator works as it should. For what it's worth, I bought a 5-in-1 cable/charger at DX which works perfect with the same PC.
Other: I'm giving it a 3 out of 5 for overall rating because of the not-working charging cable. A similar PC USB data cable probably costs more than the DX price.

Pros: -It works fine for data transfer -Small
Cons: -Does not charge the PSP -The orange LED on the PSP lights up, but even after leaving it to charge for several hours, the battery level remained the same
Other: If you want a data cable, it works. But don't expect to be able to charge your unit unless you have a magical USB port.

Pros: Able to transfer data to and from my PSP without a problem
Cons: Not sure if its charging or not. When I am charging with my PSP off, I cant turn on my PSP until I unplug the usb charger! Weird
Other: Still worth to get. Very cheaply priced

Pros: It works as a data/charger cable. =for it to work as a charger cable you have to have the DC IN 5V (round) cable also plugged alongside the USB plugged in your PC and set in USB mode. =also I have mine turned off while charging.(I know it's kinda weird that it's in USB mode and USB plugged in but I turn it off but it works for me)
Cons: It can't charge if you're not in USB mode and it has to be turned off.
So when it's charging you can't use it.
Other: IT WORKS both as a data and charger cable and it's cheap!!!
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: Does what it's supposed to do. No need for original charger to be around pc. You can charge your psp almost everywhere. (everybody has a pc or something with a usb plug, right?)
Cons: None.
Does not charge as fast as original charger because usb gives out only 500mA.
Other: Get this if you have a psp and ever need to transfer files to it.

Pros: transfer data with data cable VERY cheap
Cons: mine didn't charge my PSP at all, even when off like other people's said
Other: get this for data transfer, but don't buy it if you're looking to charge your PSP

Other: -great buy

Other: Just Buy It!!!!

Pros: Works nice, i can charge my psp slim in usb mode and also while playing, build quality is ok and both usb and charger can be used to charge other devices.
Cons: maybe it is too short, but quality is ok. i can't see any flaws so far.
Other: just works, get it if you need one they are always handy to have around for charging and data transfer.

Pros: - It is a useful cable for someone who bought the core package of PSP2000, which doesn't come with a data transfer cable. - I use it quite often for game/movies/music transfer after modding the PSP2000. - I can't find a cable like this in dollar store. Buying a data transfer cable like this in a local store cost $19.90.
Cons: - charging with USB cable is kind of slow. It would be way better off just use the AC adapter to charge up the PSP2000.
Other: It is just a simple data transfer cable. Buy this if you need a cable to transfer games/movies/music from your PC to your PSP2000/Fat.
You will be disappointed if you buy this cable just want to use it to charge up your PSP2000/Fat with USB.
