Pump Style Red-Wine Bottle Vacuum Sealer

Pros: Easy to use. Make 2-3 pumps and the air is out.

Cons: The caps are not very "air" tight so that after 1 day the air is again in. I tried this with 2 wins.

Other: The idea is very good. Take the air out of the bottle. This will make the "opened" bottle last more. More useful to red wins.

Pros: needs about 7-8 pumps for me, you know its air tight when you're having a hard time pumping. the caps are easy to clean

Cons: maybe 1 in 10 times the air will escape
there's no way to tell if it's air tight after pump only 2 caps are not enough

Other: Just remember to drink the wine the next day you'll be fine. No need to refrigerate (around 20c is fine), unless you live in a very hot place. If you don't like the wine just use it to marinate meats or water the plants.

Pros: I have been using this for over a year, and i use it always when i drink red wine. 1 bottle is a bit too much for me for once, and i drink 1-2 bottles of wine per month...so i´ve used this already quite a bit. The build quality is good, i haven´t noticed any problems in over a year´s use. The rubbery caps are quite good quality, they hold the vacuum for a bit over 24h.

Cons: you have to re-pump the vacuum to the bottle once in a 24h period, but that really isnt a problem because the wine gets bad in 2-3 days normally(red wine)

Other: good pump, here in finland same stuff costs around 20€

Pros: Excellent material, made of plastic, aluminium and rubber. Really stops the wine if you pump (20 times at least), to creat a vaccum inside the bottle...

Cons: The only con is the number of sealers, just two. It should come with four. But is not a real cons, is just a comment. You can live with two sealers...

Other: If you are looking for a wine stopper, consider this one, it really works and the price is quite good comparing to the build quality... The package is not fancy, is just a plastic and a piece of paper...
