Pros: It is not badly built*. Cannot assert anything about waterproof, but I would suppose this is about rain and mud, not about soaking it on the water.
They are LIGHT, so it's ok to carry your pocket camera or small tools, for instance.
Can hold a mobile phone on the middle. Has a lot of velcros both to keep it in place and to avoid the bags to open too much - you can decide how much.

Cons: It is MUCH smaller than I thought. I should have probably read it better, as it says handlebar and top-tube bag. The cloth in between the bags is as wide as a mobile phone, so forget to put it on the back of your bike, it's too narrow. It fits the tube and that's it.
Oh, and they are not symmetrical. One bag is about one inch to the front of the other, which means a lousy job.

Other: I bought it thinking it was something else. I was waiting for saddlebags., but these are so small that cannot fit a cd on them.

Pros: - Sealed zips, they will resist rain without problems.
- They are very thick, hard but flexible., unless a car go over them, they will protect your cellphone,camera,etc.

Cons: - middle union could be better, I don´t know how much they will last after rain,sun and dirt.

- velcro tights could be better too, to make justice to the boxes quality.
- I would not put a cell phone inside the middle union unless you want to break it.

Other: Great for the price.If it just were a little longer, or a single box but longer variant to follow the bike main tube.

Pros: The bags are pretty good, made of EVA rubber, they can deal with a fall protecting your stuff. They are perfect for carrying small tools, your ID and pocket money, bike lights, keys, everything you probably will want with you if you lock the bike somewhere to go to a shop, college, etc. You can easily detach the bags from your bike and carry your things with you.

Cons: Be careful, because the size stated in the description is for the entire set -not for each bag. The zips are tough but good quality.

Other: Perfect for carrying all the smalls things you want with you when getting away from your bike. I think this bags can handle well a rain fall, but of course you can't submerge them in water and expect the inside to be dry.

-You can attach it to the strap of a shoulder bag

Cons: -Zipper can be VERY stiff the first couple of times you use it.
-It is small, you can't fit much more then a wallet and energy bar in each compartment.
-Top compartment (for telephone) isn't waterproof

Other: I thought it was too small at first, but it seems to be a usefull size and it does keep your valuables dry.
