Reflex XTR USB Simulator Cable for Futaba and E_Sky R/C Remote Controllers

Pros: It does what it's supposed to as long as you want to use onlyReflex XTR software. It reads all 8 channels of my Futaba 8UAF, as well as mixes and dual rates, etc.

Cons: Windows XP doesn't see it as a game controller, so it won't work with other simulators. It's difficult to get installed reliably, and the software is -very- complex.

Other: I wish I'd bought one of the other sim cables. I won't be spending much more time with Reflex, and since there doesn't seem any way to get the cable to work with other sims, I'm ordering a different one.

Pros: Very happy with this. Installed the software and set up no problems. Works with my Futaba radio and I also tried it with a 4 channel Walkera radio and that worked no problems too. Can only be used with the reflex software but who cares......I think the reflex software is great!!!

Cons: Im neglecting my friends and family.

Other: Best purcvhase Ive made for a long long time!

Pros: Very good cable - stable working with Reflex sim shipped. My radio is Futaba T7CP. By the way, you can use one part of this cable to connect it to PC microphone input and use with sbjoy+ppjoy programs in any other sim (aerofly, realflight, fms etc.).

Cons: The CD shipped is very low quality - cracked at the inner side - so it will becime unusable very soon. Save its contents as soon as possible :) Anyway, you can download Reflex from torrents.

Other: Great device.

Pros: I had no problem hooking this up to my Pc. It was totally straight forward. For those of you that wonder if it will work with their Spektrum tx well it does. I have a dx6i and it works perfectly. There are lots of models included with the Reflex program and you can practice with all the different ones to get a good feel for flying. I find that the simulation feels pretty real and it didn't take too long for me to start to get used to it and I was doing head in in no time. The T-rex models feel close to the reel thing.

Cons: Like others have said you can only use the cord for Reflex (Reflex is good enough though and can be used to learn to fly).

Other: Get it for your main practice tool or a second one. Just get it. You won't regret it. Lots of fun to learn without a care of crashing your bird and dishing out the cash for repairs. Can't go wrong.

Pros: It seems to work well... I was expecting a USB interface for my radio controler to use with all the RC simulators, but I only could use with the Reflex. The material is not top, but the dongle recognised when i first plug on my pc.

Cons: There´s no compatibility with my Tx :( didnt know that. I have a Walkera WK-0701 and it just didnt work any way. I lost all my day researching on the web and building a new cable to possibly get it working but it didnt.. It probably works fine with other Tx, since the dongle was recognized by the Reflex and by the windows.

Other: It´s a good USB interface for the price, works imediatly when pluged, the cd installed the SIM ok but is a not durable media. Its a good product but, DO RESEARCH before buy to see the compatibility!!

Pros: Good cables and plugs. No problems with installation (Windows XP). Comes with a lot of included maps and models. Works very well (Futaba 4EXA, 6EXA).

Cons: Old version, but is to be no object for initial trainings. The first run is with Chinese language of program menu (needs 10 seconds to switch English). Crappy of CD look, but working without problems (approximately 12-15 installations at the present moment).

Other: Great product, ask for time to learn, but saves a lot of money and gives lot of fun.
