Pros: The sound quality on this - both sending and receiving seems to be very good. It works flawlessly with my Nokia phone and it also works great with my wife's Motorola. It should work with many more phones than the description suggests since it uses a standard 2.5mm jack with an adapter for the Nokia and once you remove the adapter it works fine with the Motorola.
Cons: The construction is a bit cheap. The phone feels light and like cheap plastic and the cord is awfully thin. I'll see how it lasts.
Other: This a great product. I may order a spare just to have around. Plus, it looks pretty crazy when you are chatting on it - especially when everyone knows you don't have a landline.

Pros: There are three main Pros here. 1. Novelty - the main Pro. It is funny to have your mobile/cell phone ring, and to then answer with a "normal" phone. 2. Health - it HAS to be safer to hold this to your head, than to hold a mobile/cell phone against your ears. 3. Comfort - mobile/cell phones can get hot after a short period of use, and can be annoying to have to grip.
Cons: It's hard to know which phones this is compatible with. I have a Nokia 6610i for which the attachment for "6100, 6600 and 7210" physically fits, and a Sony Ericsson T230, for which the attachment for "T-28, T-29 and T-618" phyically fits. Sadly, using both attachments, the caller can hear me clearly, but I hear mostly static with a tiny, almost-inaudible voice, so at the least the unit appears vulnerable to interference.
Other: It's $7.29, so not the cheapest item on the DealExtreme menu, but likewise it's not a huge expense. Check your phone's attachments against DX's photos & user photos for compatibility & give it a shot -- if it works for you, then it's a great gadget!

Pros: This is an interesting item, allowing the look and feel of a "real" phone. It's got to be better than holding a cellphone to your head all day, and much easier to hold. It worked with my Sanyo even though not listed as compatable. The adapter plugs it comes with mean it should work with most phones easily.
Cons: The instructions say there is a talk/end button to start and stop calls. It doesn't exist. The construction seems a bit fragile. I'm sure if taken care of it will last a long time, though a bit of rough handling will be it's end. It's not so easy to hold to your ear with a shoulder like a typical handset, but still better than a cellphone.
Other: If you only have a cell and not a home phone, this will certainly make like better for you. Also it's nice in the car too. Worth every penny.

Pros: Works with any phone that has a standard 2.5mm headset jack. Don't be worried about compatibility if your phone has one.
Fairly loud and certainly clear for both ends of a call.
Comfortable to use.
Cons: Build quality is a little less than I expected it to be. It's very light and feels cheap.
Other: Buy it if you want a decent handset for your cellular phone or mini phone. I use it with my mini phone and a VoIP service.

Pros: It is a funny product.
It just works.
Cons: It is built rather cheaply, with toy-like plastic material.
Connector seems like it too is cheaply made and comes off easily.
Other: It is a nice prop to use for laughs. It's size makes it suitable only for laughs, but that's obvious.
Have had quite a few disbelief stares in public transportation when I answer phone calls by pulling out of my pocket a regular sized phone piece. Funny, funny, funny.

Pros: -Goes staightaway to newest nokias
-Comes with 3 adapters
-Good size
-Speak sounds good
-Nice look
Cons: -Feels really fragile, made from plastic
-Had a loose small plastic part inside that made noise when the handset was moved (it may have broken in the shipment because the packace had a dent.)
-Sound quality is not very good.
Other: I tried to listen some music with it but the sound quality was awful. But speak sound good when you don't put too much volume.
It may break if you accidentally sit on it or drop it, felt quite cheap. With a "old rin ring" ringtone this is cool device.

Pros: This a life saving handset for anyone who finds it difficult to hold their cellphone for those long calls. Now I sit back and enjoy chatting with this comfortable handset. Speech quality is excellent and the wire is a good length. It works perfectly with my Nokia 6555 and by chance I got a red handsert which goes with my red phone
Cons: My children think this handset is a bit embarassing in public places
Other: Get it - you'll love it
