* 1-Month Manufacturer's Warranty: this warranty is offered directly by the manufacturer. Should the item become defective within the manufacturer's warranty period (physical damages and damages caused by incorrect usage excluded), customers may send the unit back to DX's Hong Kong office. DX will help forwarding the item to the manufacturer for repair or replacement, and will look after the progress. The customer will need to cover shipping fees both ways.

    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: For less than $50 bucks I have a working Wii again. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. We have had no issues with it and we have played it every single night since installing it.

    Cons: I do wish it was a little cheaper.

    Other: This is possibly the best purchase I have made from DealExtreme. I would not hesitate to recommend this drive to anyone with a damaged DVD drive.

  • Replace Wii drive

    Pros: This is very cheap. other shop is over the $50 bucks
    I have a D2A Wii system.
    But, D2B Drive is operated perfectly as well. I've a working Wii system again.

    Cons: Not yet

    Other: If you damaged your own drive due to poor soldering, this drive is perfect. Just take the old drive out and replace it, no flashing needed the drive is compatable with all Wii
