Repair Part Replacement DVD-ROM Optical Laser Drive Module (D2C Mechanism) for Wii

Pros: Good replacement dvd-rom drive for Nintendo Wii.
Easy to replace. Once you have opened your Wii, you only have to remove 4 screws and disconnect to 2 ribbon cables to replace your faulty drive.
Works great.
I think the price is good, actually compared to what i have found it is cheap.

Cons: I can't be sure that the drive i received is brand new, as there were fews minors scratches on the metal frame of the dvd-rom drive.
D2C chipset. If you are looking for installing a modchip, it's going to be bit more expensive comparing to a drive with d2a or dms chipset.

Other: I think it's a very good item. Very useful is your dvd-rom drive needs to replaced.
Packaging was ok, the drive was not damaged.
Price is great and shipment is fast.

Pros: El lector llego en buenas condiciones.
No tuve ningún problema, en cuanto instale el lector funciono, leyó muy bien los juegos.

Cons: El unico problema fue que no quizo leer el Smash Bros. Brawl, quizas requiera limpiar el láser o ajustarlo un poco.

Other: El lector que venia con la consola le descompuse en un descuido al estar experimentando con el modchip, ya que queria hacer funcionar los juegos PAL, y en un descuido ensamble mal uno de los conectores, doblando una de las terminales, y pienso que eso provoco la falla.
Quizás solo necesitaba cambiar el láser, no se.
