Replacement 60W Power Supply AC Adapter for Apple Macbook

Pros: Suitable for all regions: the powerpoint end is removable just like the genuine product so you can plug in any figure 8 AC cord and make this adapter suitable for your region.
Much cheaper than the OEM adapter.
Works in exactly the same way as the OEM model, even includes the popup plastic tabs to wind the cord up.

Cons: Body of transformer is ever so slightly larger than the original model. This is purely an aesthetic difference.
There is no little clip on the power cord to keep it wound up.

Other: I bought this as I was always forgetting my charger. Probably the best DX purchase I have made. The function of the item is impossible to discern from the original product and it shipped quickly at a fraction of the price.

Pros: Works. This was the main concern about this product. I'm aware that genuine parts have currents working in a manner that makes building replacements with no company approval harder or nearly impossible. My wife's macbook, that's couple years old, had broken wire from adapter to computer. Local mac store told me that it's typical problem with these power adapters. And they offered me a new one for about $100. So this deal was very tempting. And it didn't fail me.
It really works. And it's whole lot cheaper than original.
Original plugs (grounded and not grounded) fit. That's a huge pro.

Cons: While build is better than good, adapter itself is few millimeters wider than original. Original plug (from wallsocket to adapter) looks bit silly on it. Not much of a con though...
DX doesn't have european version of powerplug available. So if you're european, you'll want to use the one that you already have.

Other: Not 1:1 copy, but very good replacement when your power adapter fails. Personally i'd recommend this to everyone with macbook.

Pros: Great replacement for the original power AC Adapter.
It fits perfectly, uses the same "magsafe" plug and so far, it is working very well

Cons: The build quality is not good, you can see that it is a generic AC adapter, the outlet plug color is slightly different from the AC adapter. Apart from that, it is very nice.

Other: Nice product, worth it. The price and the usefulness balance makes this a great deal. Buy one.

Pros: - Build Quality is high, you wouldn't guess that it wasn't Apple made unless you noticed the missing Apple, the printing, or the LED on the computer connecter.
- Duckhead is interchangeable with previous Apple adaptors, I swapped it with my Aussie one and it worked perfectly, other than the colour you wouldn't know it wasn't made for it

Cons: - Colour is slightly different to the Apple adaptors, so if using an Apple duckhead it'll be slightly noticable.
- LED is larger, and paler than the Apple one (though this could be a pro as they can be bright normally)
- Included Duckhead is US, so I'll have to swap it for an AU one
- Connector is the old T style connector and not the new L style

Other: Buy it, they're great to have lying around in case you've broken your apple genuine, or work from a few locations and can't be bothered moving your adaptor

Pros: Works very well with my macbook pro 2010. Able to charge it very well. Unlike the original once a while it will show not charging, this adapter makes it charge everytime! Looks very much like the original.

Cons: Just that the adapter is slightly larger than it's original conterparts, the most obvious is when you put the power plug in. Also the adapter can get pretty hot at times, <40+ degrees at sometimes.

Other: A value for money replacement adapter or to buy as a spare, as compared to apple original $100/ piece, which is really overpriced.

Pros: Works well out of the box. This is very very cheap compared to the 'genuine' apple version (although this is probably a genuine version, don't really know (or care, as long as it works)).

Cons: None to note, slightly different colour but not overly noticeable. The thing worked out of the box.

Other: Works excellently, was very very happy about getting this item so cheap since my son chewed the other adaptor and it pretty much ruined it, this thing saved my butt!!

Pros: - Sooo much cheaper than from the apple store. - Decent quality - Well functioning magnetic DC connector - Well worth the money.

Cons: - The charger can get kinda hot. - It doesn't come with the longer AC cord... - It has a slightly different color than the original charger, but it's not really a big deal. - No apple logo, but it isn't something you notice right away...

Other: Super affordable and works great. It's not the original charger, but being a student, I welcome any possibility to save some money. Buy it!

Pros: - Well priced, can buy 4 of these in stead of one in the Apple Store. -Green/Orange LED works just the same as in the original. - It is really well build. No difference to my genuine macbook charger. - IT LOADS MY BATTERY!!!

Cons: - No apple brand on the adapter (not really a con. for me but could be a con for someone that adores apple :P) - Green LED lights up just a little bit when not charging. (Also not a big con.)

Other: very good deal. Instead of buy the original one and pay 150 $ you can buy this one and save a lot of money for other gadget.

Pros: manufacture is a bit poor but you see the difference only when it's side to the original one... functionally is perfect. Does the job as the original one.

Cons: no problem so far. the green led on the mag-plug it's stronger than the original and makes my room brighter during the night. the led also fails not so often but it doesn't affect the charging functionality. it's not exactly the same white colour and the apple is missing on the side but who cares.

Other: one of the best deal I've ever found strongly recommended
