Replacement Folding 3-Button Transponder Smart Key Casing for Citroen

Pros: Good option to replace the remote case that cost in the Citroen garage at least 70$, it fits perfectly with the original key and circuit board, the replace process is easy and fast, only a flat screw and 5 to 10 minutes were needed to do all the process

Other: If your remote case is starting to break, don´t wait to buy this one. If you use the remote with the broken case, you will damage the buttons in the board and is a really boring job to solder a small button like those ( i had to do it and the remote works ok, but is better to expend 9$ before break it)

Pros: My Citroen C4's original key was in very bad condition because of its soft plastic buttons. Previously I tried to use 2 different key cases. Both of them was not perfect fit. So, after several use, the cases was loosen up and so the spring mechanism was not working.
But this case is like original. Everything fit inside perfectly. Spring mechansim is working without problem.

Cons: There is no Con I encountred. It's a key fob. It's as is.

Other: If your original key also has follow-up button in the middle (not backdoor button) then you can buy it.
P.S. My car is Citroen C4 2006 1.6HDI

Pros: is like the original citroen, quality is good, I only placed the chip and the key, I think I will last longer than the original, now I have installed and works great...

Cons: not really found anything negative, I think the only thing is the delivery time, price ok...

Other: is identical to the original Citroen, and the price is what I like, I have already mounted

Pros: Comes disassembled, the original circuitry fits into the replacement casing easily. very easy to switch the blank key with the original since they are both connected with a small holding pin. feels and looks like the original.

Cons: can not combine the new front with the old back thus utilizing new buttons with old spring.

Other: would buy again if needed.

Pros: Good construction. Well finished. Great for replacing your old and damaged key. It is exactly like the original. My old key was already with the buttons torn and loose with the spring. Now I'm with a new key as when I bought the car. Boa construção. Bem acabada. Ideal para substituir sua velha e estragada chave. É exatamente igual a original. A minha chave antiga já estava com os botões rasgados e com a mola frouxa. Agora estou com a chave nova assim como quando comprei o carro.

Pros: An exact copy of the original. Key opening mechanism works perfectly. It seems that the plastic is of good quality. Both halves hold together well.

Cons: When I wanted to tuck inside the original plate with electronics, so it's not possible. Peg for fixing plates was too strong. I had to grind the peg with a knife. This peg should manufacturer adjust.

Other: Good purchase, I recommend to everyone. For your money you get a good product.

Pros: Plastic shell is much more practical when compared with the original. I was pleased by presence of "pushing" key element, because I lost the original. Available buttons are pressed tight now, but it is protected against accidental pressing. Included with the case is a sticker with a sign Citroen. Probably will order another one to have a reserve.

Cons: Shipment was about 51 days to Minsk, Belarus. Although to a product that does not apply

Other: Good quality for best price! But shipment was too long.

Pros: It works very good! Excellent purchase with an outstanding price. The quality is very good, far better than what you expect for 10 bucks, and the case fits the original chip very well.

Cons: If you replace the metal key with your original one, it could not fix 100%. But it still gonna work out anyway.

Other: My original case was broken when refueling. I bought one and I thought it was so worthy that I ended buying a spare one, just in case.

Pros: You can get a new remote control only changing the case using your old key and the old electronic parts. It is very simple to change the parts from the old remote control to the new one. You can save a lot of money if you compare this item with a original remote control.

Pros: The construction materials are great, looks like the original case. Its easy to replace the eletronics inside the case, just open it and replace the circuit. You dont need tools to do it, just pop up the cover and you get it. Best price for a key case, in Brazil they are sold for $ 120.

Cons: You receive a sticker with the Citroen logo with the package. The sticker dont have enough glue to stay in case, but maybe I was unluck. Not a big problem, just use more glue if needed.
