    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: Cheap

    Cons: Does not visualize any spectrum. Just reacts to the sound level, with no frequency differences. Came in a package folded. Now has a hard edge in the middle. Some cells have no diodes in them, it's clearly seen on the back side. Some existing diodes are DOA.

    Other: Do not buy. Burning a $5 bill could bring more joy. At least you'll feel the smell of your money...
