Replacement Top Housing Case for PSP 1000 (Dark Blue)

Pros: - Build quality is a lot better then I was expecting for the price. - I Love the new color of Dark Blue. - There is a PS logo on the top right corner of the top housing and a little PSP logo on the bottom of the middle which my psp 1000 never had so it looks nicer.

Cons: - Can't really think of any at the moment great item for the price definitively recommend.

Other: Cheapest I've seen on the net and it does more then just get the job done.

Pros: Good cover for an awesome price. By default the cover is pretty easy to change, it's just the buttons which are a pita to keep in their spot. It looks almost identical to the original (except for the the 'Power' text which has a white color, like the logo's) with the Sony, PSP and Playstation logo's on the appropriate places.

Cons: My cover has a bit of a metallic finish, I don't like it as much as the black and red versions of this cover which are 'flat' colors.

Other: It's a good product for an awesome price, you can't go wrong with it.

Pros: Quality mold, sturdy plastic, perfect "screen", flawless paint job.

Cons: Screw holes can be a bit fragile, be careful not to screw too tightly.

Other: I believe this is the best replacement for the 1000 currently available.

Pros: This color is a good mesh with the black buttons and backing on the standard PSP 1000. I've found other colors are a little too different so unless you are going to replace the whole housing and buttons blue is a good way to go. The build quality is pretty good, almost as good as the original face plate. Installation was fairly easy and strait forward using guides I found on Youtube.

Cons: The word power is white instead of green, only a perfectionist would even notice this though. The word SONY in the upper right hand corner isn't exactly like it is on the original. Some folks might notice it if they were looking closely, but I doubt it. All the other words and logos look pretty much exactly like the original though.

Other: Overall this is a great replacement for the price. My original screen was scratched up really bad (bought 2nd hand) so this was the perfect option to get the screen back to original condition (since the real screen is under the faceplate it was in perfect condition). Combine this with SKU 00566 (screen protector) and it will make your PSP look like new again. I'd recommend this to anyone who wants to replace their scratched screen or add a little spice to their PSP, the dark blue color compliments the black of the original PSP 100 nicely.

Pros: Price, it's very cheap Nice packaging The "transparent" plastic comes with plastic protection so you don't damage it while installing the faceplate. Very nice price/quality ratio

Cons: The original screws fits very very tight and maybe a bit hard to screw if you don't have the most appropriate tool.

Other: All in all it's a good faceplate for the price, you can't get better price/quality nowhere else! 200% Recommended

Pros: It is a nice case four your PSP 1000 and its price is very nice too. It´s the same from the original and it is not very difficult to change. I found it very well packaged with a plastic front and rear ot the case, so, as you can see in my picture, I did not damage the case when I change it.

Cons: I have not found any con for this product, maybe when I changed it, the screws fitted very tight to the case and it maked not very easy to replace.

Other: A great purchase if you want you change the appearence of your PSP 100o or you want to repace it.
