  • Good Overall. Lightning connector is slightly too thick

    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: - Plastic around the lightning connector seems to be of good quality. - Very nice to have the retractable feature. Very small when fully retracted. - Cable length is good - Cable quality is on par with other retractable cables. - Charges from both sides. - I keep it in the car since i prefer not having long messy wires.

    Cons: Only con is that lightning connector is slightly thicker than the original apple one. This makes it slightly more difficult to remove from the phone. Make sure to hold on to the plastic jacket surrounding the lightning connector tightly and DO NOT pull from the wire. Doing this could cause the plastic jacket to to slide off exposing the internal wiring rendering the cable useless. This has happened to a co-worker using a different tight charger.

    Other: Overall I am very happy with it. Charges my iPhone 5 perfectly. No unsupported accessory messages.
