Pros: Easy to put together, very bright, controller is very nice and works well. Price is right. This has a waterproof cover for the led's.

Cons: None really. Perhaps the connectors could have a latch, otherwise you can just tape them together.

Other: Great buy and pretty solid product. I'm going to order another 5 metres.

Pros: I like the LED strip. Very bright quite long and can easily be cut in shorter segments if necessary. Unbeatable for the price.

Cons: The controller is mediocre. Sometimes you have to press a command button several times before it is recognized. Several of the color presets are unusable because of the flicker. The brightness control is insufficient, goes only down to 70%.

Other: If you are looking for a excellent RGB LED-strip for some project, that does not depend on the controller then this is a great deal. If you depend on the controller shipping with this kit then you might be somewhat disappointed.

Pros: - Very bright led strip. More light than from 2 luminescent 13w lamps in white mode. - You can cut it at 3 led segments and then simply connect by wires. - Green and Blue colors are awesome. - You can select 16 colors ( red, green, blue, white, 4 steps from orange to yellow, from cyan to aqua and from violet to rose ) - You can select 10 levels of brightness. - You can switch it off and on from remote. - 4 effects with speed control ( no brightness control in effects mode )

Cons: - Controller! It's build quality is very low and it becomes very hot sometimes. Also I had a short circuit in it, so now It works only with blue and green colors. - The white color is a bit bluish. Orange color is a bit greenish. It seems because the red diodes are less bright than green and blue ones.

Other: If you want bright led strip or good ambient light - you found what you want. It's the best decoration thing!

Pros: Great looking, bright light when working, but the remote control and controller broke after a couple hours of use so I had to buy a new one. The lights have some extremely cool effects and with 5amps they look really good, when they are working.

Cons: These lights worked great the first time I plugged them in the wall with the controller, however later that night the controller stopped working so be prepared to spend 30$ to buy a controller that works well and is reliable. I moved my lights from my apartment to another house this weekend, about a month of more after having them in my apartment and the green LEDs had a connection problem about halfway through the strand which ruins the led lights effects. This is not an easy problem to fix and I was extremely gentle with the lights which shows horrible build quality.

Other: Would not recommend these lights even to my enemy. HORRIBLE quality!!

Pros: Inexpensive led tape on a roll, which has ability to switch between different colors with the included controller. Has a plastic water protection, is bendable and pretty good light output levels. The controller come with credit card remote to IR control the lights and change the colors. Both my two units worked without a flaw from the box. Also the dimming went quite low, more than 70 % down. You can shorten and cut the tape to your needs, from every 3 leds.

Cons: - All color flash modes are really fast and pretty useless for me - There is hardly any difference in color modes, you basically get just 3 colors and white. - Remote controller has range of only 3-4 meters, perhaps needs fresh batteries - No adhesive tape on the backside of led tape, get your own

Other: Basically I was only needing a white led stripe and everything else was a bonus for me. With this price (normally 300 $ in local stores) I ordered two with double sided tape and plan to decorate my home with it. Also order a power convertor to power the controller. I got SKU 33058 and SKU 46151 to fix it on the wall.

Pros: Ultra bright. Can be used to illuminate a giant room by itself. Controller gives lots of colors to choose from. The effects are very powerful on monochrome colors, changing their appearance. Once I get everything working right, it will be the main lighting for a very large room. It's plenty!

Cons: On the controller, the fade and strobe buttons are reversed. Pushing one will do the other. That doesn't matter though, since your controller will likely break in the first 10 minutes like mine did. You will have to buy a decent controller and power supply to get this strip working right.

Other: Buy it for the lights only. Expect nothing from the controller. Buy everything you need to run it in advance, or you will be stuck with a crappy broken controller and worthless lights while you scramble to find the right power supply and controller. Other than that, the lights themselves are nice.

Pros: Its a good strip and the price is 10% of the price in my Country
-The envelope came in good conditions and protected
-The driver came in a white box with remote and baterrys too
-The colors are bright and well defined
-The control has good range (Its looks kind of cheap, but works perfect)

Cons: -The driver is not perfect, but good enouth to work fine at home or for some personal project
-I wouldnt recommend for professional use, but for personal use it does the job perfect
-It dosnt come with 110/220 adaptor, would be nice if came complete for a dollars extra.

Other: If you want a cheaper strip, there is another product with 150 leds instead of 300 leds (Also with driver and remote) ;)

Pros: + High quality RGB LEDs with high output. + Small controller with 12V standard jack power connector. + Water resistant clear silicon-like protective cover. + Cuttable every 3 LEDs about 6cm per segment. + Remote with 10 brightness levels (white) + On/Off via remote. + Remembers last state over power loss. + Extremely bright when used without the controller at 12V.

Cons: - Controller gets warm and has no ventilation. - Controller does not support Voltages over 12V. Gets extremely hot then. Don"t use with car battery. - Other IR remotes falsely trigger controller actions - LED colors are not weighted, dark white is very blue, while bright white has a touch of red. The above cons are all due to the cheapness of the controller, but they don"t spoil the result. If you want something perfect / get a high quality controller.

Other: I tried to buy the same equipment here in Germany, the price at the local dealer was 40 euro for half a meter. Mail order was 100+ Euros for 5 meters.

Pros: High quality LEDs.
Bright.

Cons: Controller overheats.

Other: The controller is really just a bonus considering the great price on these LEDs. And with a little effort it can be made to work properly.

Pros: Good quality, bright, colorful. You may use the strips anywhere for very nice effects.

Cons: Very fast changes colors in automatic color changing mode, it will be better if the function be controlled. In one strip was broken green cord but I soldered it very fast.

Other: I am very happy to have these Light Strips and I'll order more in the future for decorating and addition lighting.
