RGB Color 10-LED Digital Water Temperature Visualizer Shower Head

Pros: I received this thing yesterday and installed it. First Positive note is that the threads are standard in Australia, which is 1/2"BSP, so should easily fit in most people's showers. This unit was replacing a water saving head that I had on, so it was refreshing to have a shower with plenty of water, although for some this may be a con. The light mechanism worked well, changing colour according to temperature. Its not perfect, in that it got stuck between colours at one stage, but makes for a good indication. If you really need to know the temperature, sticking your hand in the water has always worked well for me!!

Cons: So far I haven't noticed any major con, unless you are looking for a water saving device. But, with a quick visit to your local small hardware store you should be able to get some water saving discs to insert in the unit. The unit does make some noise if you turn the shower on really hard, but, at low levels, which are still usable, there is no more noise than the shower itself. I'm sure if you put in a water saving disc, you'd never hear the turbine noise.

Other: Bottomline, if you like gadgets, the colour changing effects of this shower are very cool. If you like a good shower, this is still a great product. If you want a water saving device, this combined with a flow restricting disc is still a great combo.

Pros: When it worked it was really cool looking. Very bright, and actually a pretty decent shower head. LEDs did properly change color based on temperature. Fit the threads on my shower pipe in the US no problem.

Cons: Stopped working after a month or two. Lights no longer come on most of the time and when they do they are very dim and no longer change according to the water temperature.

Other: Great shower head when it worked. Maybe I received a bad one. Given its short lifetime, I wouldn't suggest it

Pros: It's really fun to shower to. You can shut off the lights and feel like you're a in a little temperature controlled disco. Ridiculously easy to install and worked right out of the box.

Cons: Poor quality. It's been a few months and my lights don't work quite right anymore, with only some of each color lighting up. The temperature sensor was never very good, so it would change colors somewhat randomly. Also the color choices (blue for warm, green for cold?) never really made sense.

Other: If you just love LEDs it's worth getting due to the low price.

Pros: Strong shower stream, coolness factor

Cons: Build Quality is the big issue. I ordered this several weeks ago but only had time to install it today. Upon first use, water leaked out the side of the showerhead in multiple places. This results in water spraying everywhere and not getting where intended. Also makes bathroom messy as splashes everywhere. Appears to be a bad seal between the face of the showerhead and the body.
Noisy. But you forget about it when in the shower itself. But beware if you live with roommates or family, this can annoy them.

Other: Cool little toy. Just needs better QC.

Pros: EN: This is a very cool shower, fits perfectly to Brazilian standard. I like to take a bath with colors... You don't need another light source.

Cons: EN: Sometimes the LED lights don't turn on. You can't trust in its thermometer.

Pros: This is actually a good shower head. Most of the head is metallic and overall quality is good. You can move the shower up and down without any leaks. Leds are strong and provides a funny high tech look. Easy to install, once you figure out how to do it.

Cons: The box came with no instructions, so I have to figure out be myself where I should install one little rubber ring and the filter (see other thoughts). My shower head does not blink when the water is very hot. It changes the color to purple or something. Check my video.

Other: Good product, worth the price.

Pros: Awesome led lights, good number os water roles, it comes with universal pipe adaptors and a filter - certainly helps everybody. Its it chromed (plastic).

Cons: Mine went broke - but I heard you have to have a huge pression of water to make it work. Mine there was a leak of water closer to the pipe - the screw thread were bad. It´s made of plastic,

Other: I would love to have a good one, working. Mine went broke and I gotta wait three months since I made my order...but, patience is a good virtue.

Pros: Good quality built. The main showerhead is made of plastic. Led light is so bright that you can take a shower with the lights off.

Cons: You can't trust the thermometer too much. It takes some time to change the color, but works well. It makes a little noise when running.

Other: A good gadget for a reasonable price. My kids loved it.

Pros: -Build Quality better than I expected.
-No internal leaks.
-Strong colors.
-Powerful light.
-Doesn´t needs power, only running water.
-Blue temperature range is ideal for me.

Cons: - Couldn´t achieve "blinking red", but I've got an intermediate purple (between blue an red temperatures, great!).
-I needed an adaptor to my pipe (not a big issue).

Other: This is a great shower head!!! Even if it had not had the led lights.

Pros: - Came with everything I needed to install straight out of the box. (except for the plumbers tape which I already had laying around) - Very easy to install. - Is a good quality construction. - LED lights are strong and lights up the showers nicely. - Does not run on batteries it uses the already running water to power the LED lights.

Cons: - Do not trust the color to be a certain temperature as this is not accurate. - The pressure from my shower was decreased slightly with this shower head .

Other: - Good shower head. - Good price. - Kids love it. - Adults think its an interesting gadget.
