Cons: the quality is not very good, seems to be fragile and does not provide good adherence to the ground because of very rigid plastic material.
There is friction between the metal center with the plastic part, you need to constantly increase lubrificalo life.

Pros: The quality of the product is good. Well built, the wheels never jammed and it's very resistant. Very easy to use too. Just make sure there is enough grip on the floor before using it =)

Cons: Well, the compound used on the wheel doesn't have the best grip on smooth surfaces, so you'd better test the grip before usage or else you can suffer a small accident.

Other: The price could be better in my opinion. I would recommend it to people. Helps on abdominal and back muscles training.
