What is Bulk Rate? BulkRate is a semi-wholesale system with items priced separately from retail. When you use bulk rates, a flat $1.70 registered air mail fee will automatically be added to your cart to ensure delivery of package. While BulkRate's intention is to offer cheaper prices when you buy in bulk, because it is priced separately it on occassions show a higher than retail price. That's why we ask you to enter BULKRATE as a coupon code to manually activate the rates. You can always opt not to use the bulk rates. Pros: Very well made. It looks like it can handle some weight. Excellent tool to help you exercise your lower torso and shoulders.
After using it for the first time, I got a soreness above my pelvis.Never a regular ab had worked that part(at least I never noticed), so it may work some muscles that regular abs doesn't. More to that is the fact that the exercise with it is really challenging. I can barely do one rep with knees straight. On my knees is easier, but still hard to do.
Cons: Although DX's price were good compared to other places, it is still expensive. It's simply a metallic bar with two wheels and a grip. I've seen some videos of some guys improvising an ab wheel using dumbbells. So why the heck this thing costs so much?
It came with a strong smell. Like it was washed on thinner. It's nauseating when you're panting from the exercise and breath it's smell. The pad that came with it is simply a piece of carpet cut and it smelled even more than the wheel.
Not recommended to begginers. You must have fairly strong backs, specially lower back to use it, or else, you can seriously injure yourself.
Other: This thing really helps you to achieve the dreamed six packs. But you can always save your money and try to improvise.

Pros: - Great for training your abs - Its simple
Cons: - If you don't do it right you might get your back injured - Allthough u get a knee pad, it can still hurt doing the exercise
Other: I would recommend this item for everyone who wants to work their abs, but like i said; don't use it if you don't know how At least don't stretch your back while doing it Have fun with it and you might feel your abs burning at every sneeze lol

Pros: I bought this one a few weeks ago. It came in a surprisingly small package. Big advantage: you don't need much space to exercise. You can build up the exercise by rolling further away.
Cons: Awful mat for yout knees. After a few minutes it is almost unbearable. Replace the mat by a much thicker one if you like your knees. The two discs have no ball-bearing, mine had some friction after a while. So i put some drops of lubricant between disc and bar.
Other: If you don't want bulky excercise tools, buy this.
