What is Bulk Rate? BulkRate is a semi-wholesale system with items priced separately from retail. When you use bulk rates, a flat $1.70 registered air mail fee will automatically be added to your cart to ensure delivery of package. While BulkRate's intention is to offer cheaper prices when you buy in bulk, because it is priced separately it on occassions show a higher than retail price. That's why we ask you to enter BULKRATE as a coupon code to manually activate the rates. You can always opt not to use the bulk rates. If you are looking for wholesale prices please feel free to contact us.

Pros: Price for sure. I like two mode aswell. Don't need more than this, more modes just get annoying for me.
Cons: Blew the regulator when I tried putting in two 3.7 volt lithiums. Maybe this was my fault since two full lithiums is actually 8.4 volt? So then I just converted it to direct drive with a single 18650.
Other: Price is cheap and the machining and construction is very good. I like the two modes and works well as a direct drive. I'm giving this one away but I've already ordered another one as I like it so much.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: - Cree emitter
- light is white and bright
- barrel fits a 18650 battery or 2 CR123's
- long runtime on a 18650
- excellent machining and smooth threads
- 2 modes (HI -> off -> LO -> off)
- typical Romisen build quality
- Price is right
Cons: - No mode memory (but for this price, not a dealbreaker)
- Reverse clicky (might be a plus for some)
- Mine arrived with a cracked lens (replaced with my own parts)
Other: Excellent light for $16 and change. Be sure to get SKU 5776 (Trustfire Protected 18650) and a charger if you don't have them already.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: + Powerful with RCR123 3.6v batteries
+ No problem taking protected 18650 batteries (sku 5776). They fit perfectly
+ Double quality o-ring at the tail thread
+ Sturdy construction
+ Very compact
+ Low price
+ Good hand grip, well balanced
+ Tight spot, though a bit weak spill
Cons: - Lens not glued and no o-ring on it
- CR123 batteries rattle a little (not with 18650)
- Reverse tail cap clicky switch (I prefer forward)
- Only one mode (DX should change this info)
- Very thin o-ring at the head
- Notches don´t avoid rolling
Other: For this price this is a good torch. Not a 2-mode as advertised but still useful as multi purpose help.

Pros: +P60 host
+Small-ish size. Strike bezel adds size I don't need.
+Romisen seems to always have good build quality.
Original module worked fine on 2 X RCR16340, 1 X 18650 (dimmer), 2 X CR123.
Emitter had a SSC like green-ish tint, only noticable next to a Q5-WC though.
It made for splendid CR. YMMV tint lottery and all ;)
Original module also had hella heatsinking on it, most I've ever seem on a P60.
It was ribbed al the way down to the base and was actually to large in diameter to fit into another P60 host. (wish china would standardize a little more)
TF protected 18650 fit fine.
Cons: Glass lens is quite thin (compared to more premium lights) and I would have expected better from Romisen.
Bezel ring is also thin and seems light it might dent and break glass if it took a header. OTOH, glass is cheap :)
NOT TWO MODE :(
O ring shifts if head is disassembled and you need to pay attention when putting it back together.
Other: Handsome light.
Versatile voltage input.
Romisen rocks the low dollar light house !
nicest heatsinking I've seen on a P60 reflector.
I'd buy again in a minute.

Pros: A fairly powerful flashlight, with good flooding over a fairly large angle. This flash light has been used by me quite a lot over the last months. It's a dependable light, which can easily be used for under a 30 seconds without much over heating.
Cons: When left on to long, past a minute, the flashlight begins to heat up a little. Slightly hot to the touch.
Other: Serious flashlight, good quality for low price.
