SDT-01 Rechargeable 85W HID 8500lm 3-Mode Cool White Flashlight - Black

Pros: Perfect light for late in the evening watching the garden. The light is perfectly white and it goes more then 500 meters. Battery life sems to bo good. Worked allready over 2 hours with it.

Cons: Loading of battery not available from outside of the torch. You have to take out the battery to load it.

Other: I would buy it again because of its lightquality. Price seems to be high but is moderate compared to others. Uptil now it was the only one that has 85Watts og HID light.

Pros: Lots of light available. Even on long distance to 400 meters everything is visible. Very good quality. Battery is big enough for normal use in the garden.

Cons: Price is high for a flashlight. Battery charging is complex as you have to take out the battery pack every time.

Other: Nice product with the most available light as far as I could find on the internet. Delivery was perfect in aluminium case.

Pros: Propably the brightest flashlight there is. I have already the 35 W version (costed twice as much) and that ome was already a laserbeam-like fotoncannon. This 45-65-85 Watt version is more than twice as bright, the prommised 8500 lumens is not exaggerated. Hid can be more easily collimated (the lightsource itselfe is very tiny) than leds, only recoil ledlamps have that kind of collimatoin but they deliver 200-300 lumens, so 20-30 times less than this HID light.

Cons: All the HID (flash)lights become very hot, the glass glows after run so 600-800 centigrades for the bulb makes it a lamp for proffesional users with knowledgment of the habits of HID. More a warning than a con....

Other: A search and rescue-light of high quality. For daily use an overkill. So a good led T60 flashlight and this light for emergency will cover your need for light outdoor. For flashlight freaks and diehards, a must have ant particular this one, because it gives the most in time and brightness.
