    Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)

    Pros: Good price, smaller than expected. Tabs on the back are easy to solder to. Comes packaged nicely in individual plastic 'ziplock' bags.

    Cons: Verification of Isc with two seperate multimeters reveals the output current to be quite low. I got about 2mA 1" from a 60 watt light bulb in my office. Not quite as much juice as I'd hoped for (solar rechargeable 'night light' to light my front door keypad).

    Other: Nice for the money if you don't really need 18mA, or 9mA, but can get away with 1-2mA.
