Silicone Keyboard Shield for MacBook and Pro

Pros: This baby fits beautifully on top of the keyboard, no bubbles or anything. It's extremely easy to clean, just throw it under a sink and dry it off.

Cons: If you're not careful or don't clean the keyboard before you put this on, you'll be stuck looking and eyelashes or random specks of dirt underneath the keyboard cover until you clean it off. It takes a little getting used to as far as typing, but nothing too big.

Other: A cheap and effective way to keep your macbook clean.

Pros: Perfect fit. Can be cleaned easily with water.

Cons: Silicon feels really sticky, hard to type. Low quality silicon = sticky surface = attracts dirt and grime 24/7 = your keyboard will always look dirty. Silicon is a yellowish off white colour.. could be better if it's pure white or satin white.

Other: Protects? yes. Would I use it to type? Not likely. I will only use it to protect my keyboard from stray food particles when I have to watch youtube while eating.

Pros: Covers the whole topcase of the Macbook 13". Does its job at keeping the keyboard clean.

Cons: Horrible sticky material. Lots of dirt, dust, grime, and other things stick on to it right out of the package...

Other: Really good for the price if you dont care about the stickyness. It does the job.

Pros: - It's uber uber cheap, i checked out my local bestbuy store had it for sell for 34 dollar
- Good build quality
- Very soft and crystal clear
- Seals the edge very nicely

Cons: - Will take a few week for you to get used to type with a cover on
- The side facing your keyboard is very sticking, so if any dirt's on ur Mac, it's gonna look ugly. So clear ur mac completely before you put this on.

Other: I'd buy another one when i get my gf a mac

Pros: This sillicon shield is AWESOME!!
I fully recommend to all MacBook users.
Different from other shields (like invisibleshield) this one gives protection for the Keyboard, that's REALLY useful, after some time of usage, the macbook gets a lot of dust and other stuff under the keys very easily, using this shield your problems are gone!!!
Another good thing in this product is that he protects the macbook from skin oil and etc, so the keys won't have the discoloration problem.

Pros: I got my MacBook Pro for nothing as an insurance writeoff after wine got spilled into it. This would have prevented me getting a free laptop. From my point of view this would be a very big drawback but is probably wonderful for people who don't want to have to rely on their insurance companies.

Cons: I personally hate the feel that these things give to keyboards - it is like trying to type in jelly. This one will be less bad than most as the key travel is so short. There is less feel to be affected.
Inevitably the laptop will run a bit warmer - keep an eye on temperatures.

Other: Worth the money if you can stand to type on it.

Pros: This is a great product cause I was able to put this on my laptop with ease. It covered the whole thing except the trackpad. It feels smooth to the touch and I feel that the keys are easier to use. If any dust gets on it, I can just take it off the laptop can wash it. =]

Cons: There are none that I see so far. It is possible that you may not like the way the keyboard feels at first, but that can change over time. It may take some getting used to.

Other: Basically, if you are looking for a keyboard cover for your macbook, get this one cause it is cheap, looks good, and feels good on your hands and wrists.

Pros: It fits very well over the mac keyboard and keeps it clean. Works like the product descriptions says.

Cons: The protector has direct contact with the LCD display, so you have to avoid this contact or it will get dirty. And it prejudicates the sensibility while you are typing.

Other: Pay attention, this protection fits perfectly on MAC BOOK keyboard. On MAC BOOK PRO, it doesn`t fit, it smaller and doesn`t protect all parts. I didn`t use it on MAC BOOK AIR

Pros: - Does its job well.
- Super cheap (less than half price of local shop plus free shopping)
- Fit perfectly on my Macbook although it say for Macbook Air on the packaging.

Cons: - The package say it is for Macbook Air, but all the pictures are normal Macbook and it is for Macbook (don't think i will work with Macbook Aire).
- Weird feeling when typing for first few day using, might slow down the typing speed.

Other: A great buy for my Macbook, worth every cents of it.

Pros: - Give full protection for keyboard, palm resting and touchpad button.
- Keep dust, hair and other stuff away from you keyboard.
- Holds liquids from entering in contact with you keyboard and palm rest.
- Makes you feel VERY secure with your MacBook. Protects it fully.
- Fits perfectly.
- Very transparent.
- 100% washable.
- Very soft, very good to type.
- I simply can't live without this anymore.

Cons: Not that it matters, but:
- You have to type a little, little harder.
- It takes a day or two to you get used to it.

Other: I don't have words to express how much this shield is good.
Definitely, A MUST HAVE.
