Silicone Protective Keyboard Cover for Acer Aspire One 8.9" Laptops

Pros: I like it. I don't think you will regret to purchase this protector.
-Fit perfectly to my ACER Aspire One
-Avoid dust and/or liquid getting underneath keyboard.
-soft on the touch
-not sticky like some other protective silicone film that sell 5 times more expensive.

Cons: not really one, if the price could be a little cheaper, then it will be a perfect deal.

Other: Not expensive, quite worth buying, might be a good investment if you want your Acer Aspire One to last. I am quite happy when I put it on, a little surprised when it fits that great. Does not need any skill to apply it on your Aspire one. Lay it flat, with a gentle touch on the edge of the protector all around, you are good to go.

Pros: A perfect fit for the Acer Aspire One. Stays in place during typing.

Cons: It's a bit "stickier" on top than the regular keys, which takes some getting used to. It also gets a little warm during use, so it's probably making the computer run a bit hotter as well. But the CPU fan doesn't seem to go on more often with it on.

Other: Cheap, does the job, and doesn't interfere significantly with the functionality.

Pros: This is a really good cover for acer aspire one keyboard. It covers the keybord and protects it from demage.

Pros: It protects the keyboard of aspire one perfectly.
Stays put during typing.
Clear, and gives a good texture to the keyboard.

Cons: Arrow keys on mine is a little bit miss aligned. but does not effect overall coverage.

I love it!

Pros: This keyboard cover is thin and light, but also durable - it doesn't make a huge difference to how you type. It also quietens down the sound of your typing.
It's good value and does its job excellently from the moment you fit it - there really isn't much more that can be said about it.

Cons: This is only a very minor "con", but on an Acer Aspire One with a UK keyboard layout, some of the key-shapes on the keyboard cover do not quite line up with the keys on the keyboard itself.
This is most noticable around the Enter key, which on a UK keyboard is larger than those of some other regions. You end up with markings for two-and-a-quarter different keys covering the UK Enter key.
That said, this is not a huge problem, as the cover still fits properly and does its job well, and all of the other key-shapes fit their respective keys properly - the unfitting key-shapes do not make a difference to finding and hitting the Enter key properly.

Other: A useful keyboard cover that does its job of keeping grit and dust out of your keyboard very well indeed. It's well-made, perfectly-sized, and has a great price.

Pros: It protects you computer against food splis.
It is easy to clean
made of nice clear material (so the keys are still visable)

Cons: it does not fit the arow keys nicely (this does not make it unusable as there is only a minor disalignment)
you can not slide your fingers across the keys because of the resistance of the protector. (the pressing of they keys is no problem at all though)

Other: I'll give it a try, but I'm not sure if I will keep using it.

Pros: very cheap protection for the keyboard and the underlaying parts of it. Easy to use, just put these on top of the keyboard. The keyboard stays like new, and no more spills on your keys or underneath

Pros: I tend to eat at the laptop alot and always end up dropping crumbs, or spilling coffee, etc. this protects my keyboard and fits my acer aspireone quite well. it protects it from damages. great cheap price for this item!

Cons: one section of the cover in the bottom right hand corner doesnt match my keys exactly. but it is honestly not a big deal and i dont mind it. also over time, it doesnt stick to the keyboard as much and falls out when you open it, but i just put it back on.

Other: this is a great price to protect your investment! i dont think ive seen it cheaper anywhere else, definently buy it if you have an aspireone :)

Pros: If you want to keep your keyboard clean, this is THE item you're looking for. The silicon protection works very well, and makes the typing on the keyboard less noisy. This protection also raises the friction with your fingers, and IMHO the typing gets better.

Cons: The arrow keys on my aspire one don't fit properly. But this doesn't affect too much, I still can type the arrow keys. My model is the Aspire One ZG5 with the US keyboard.

Other: Cleaning the dust and other small dirt in a notebook keyboard can be a pain, so if you want to keep your keyboard clean, you have to buy this cheap and great item.

Pros: I have received this product last month. I use it for the laptop. Very useful thing. It helps me to protect the keyboard from a dust dirt. Now I can use the laptop on the nature and on work, without being afraid to soil. When it is raining the keyboard is protected. It is made of the silicone, one party matte - external, an underside glossy. The inside is slightly pasted to the keyboard and does not allow a cover to fly. To print on the keyboard it became convenient - keys do not rustle and smoothly go. It is transparent enough, keys are well visible. When the laptop is closed - the cover protects the screen from scratches and softens blows.

Cons: At first I could not understand as correctly to use this cover. But all has appeared simply enough - will simply put on the keyboard. If the laptop to incline strongly or to turn - a cover will disappear. It would be good, if the cover was more transparent. Upwards-downwards-to the right-to the left hardly it is less than key than on the keyboard - therefore it is not so convenient. The cover could be more cheaper.

Other: I think it a good product. I even would tell - necessary. It is necessary to put it in the complete set with the laptop. It is irreplaceable if you work with the laptop in the street or on the nature. Also if you like to have dinner together with the laptop - protection against crumbs and drinks. It does you by cleaner in the opinion of others.)) If at you Acer One necessarily get this cover.
