Single Channel Mini DVR Audio Video Recorder with SD Card Slot

Pros: Hello,
That's a great Digital Video Recorder. It works with a SD card. I've tried it with a 4GB card and works fine. The recording quality is configurable and at the least (15fps) it's great.
The config menu can be set in english or chinese. It arrived with the Hong Kong local time adjusted, so it seems they've been checked it before shipping.

Cons: It doesn't include SD card but these are very cheap nowadays.

Cons: - Menus are a bit confusing at first - Does not work with all SD cards. Worked with a Patriot 32GB but not a 16GB. Worked fine with an HP 16GB - Does not work with Micro SD cards with adapter - Recorded audio is a little on the rough side

Other: For the price you can't go wrong. If you are looking for a medium resolution DVR this is the one.

Pros: Wide range of voltage input (5v USB to 30vdc). Native BNC twist-lock will never pull off. SD-size slot, not micro (fewer fumbled cards). Big buttons. GUI is words, not icons, easy, easy to learn. Record quality is on-par with VHS.

Cons: Connectors and buttons on 3 sides, makes mounting and access a bit of an issue. OSD location for time stamp changes from record (live video out) to playback (SD content). Button labels a bit confusing. This should ship with a cable to power off USB.

Other: I shoot multi-camera interviews, connect to a quad video multiplexor and record using this PVR. Gives me a good-enough quality recording I can lay down in a suite and cut the Full HD footage. This small, idiot-proof box is a godsend to carting around an SD tape-based recorder. A bit pricy, I wouldn't be shocked if there were others equal or better elsewhere.

Pros: it is quite easy to use, and everything said in the advertisement, is right. It is small and you can install almost everywhere.

Cons: Although the user manual is good, but maybe should be better further explanation on some issues (ex. alarm period for) and some examples of usage.

Other: it is a good deal. I am using this with a PAL IR camera bought also in DX with id SKU 90185
