Slim USB Power Adapter - Black/White (1000mA)

Pros: Small size compared to other adapters. Folding plug is a plus as well. Build quality is much nicer than some other adapters I've used. Doesn't seem like it would break easily at all. This unit is also a lot less bulky than the other that seems to be a true apple product. The groove on the side makes pulling up the prongs much easier and that alone makes it better than most.

Cons: None really. I can't confirm whether it is truly 1A or not.

Other: Great product at a great price. Much better than a multitude of others that It is 100 times better than charging it off of a computer.

Pros: the charger works with my ipod cable that was brought from DX and it works perfectly with my ipod touch. My ipod can even detect when it was fully charged................

Cons: the wall outlet plug is hard to pull out maybe b/c its new, but its not a big deal...............

Other: great buy for the cheap price, can't complain much when its so cheap and as long as it doesn't blow up its fine. :P

Pros: Charges my ipod touch without any problems. No more leaving it hooked up to my mac for charging.
Charges it much quicker than compared with being connected to the computer.
Works with the nano and shuffle as well.
Great for travelling.
USB plug allows charging of multiple electronic devices like phone, gameboys or psp.
Get the all in one cable from dx and you could be chaging your ipod, psp, DS and GBA all at the same time!!

Cons: none really.

Other: Buy it! I just ordered a second one!

Pros: Chrages products quickly, very thin, total distance from receptacle maybe 1/2" so it's VERY flush compared to the big Apple style. Why Apple decided on an AC adapter that sticks out 3" is beyond me. It's just a big lever attached to 20A of AC.

Cons: Freaks out my iPhone, my wife's also. Requires a hard reset after charging. So that's a Con if you're buying if for iPhone, but it charges my 5g ipod great.

Other: Great flush design, similar to Nintendo GBA/DS chargers, doesn't work with the 2 first generation iPhones I tried it with but DOES work with iPod and rechargable Wiimote batteries/dock combo bought from DX.

Pros: This was one product that came in a very impressive packaging. Once I opened this product to charge my amazing IPod 30 GB Classic I was amazed that it worked beautifully. It's completely impressive in being a very sleek, classy casing. You will need to use your cable that will connect your opod to this USB charger. Works wonders

Cons: Absolutely NOTHING.

Other: you must buy it. It's a lot more convenient than charging your ipod on a computer.

- Pins fold inside which makes it very small to store it in transport
- Gives a really good output (1000 mAh)

Other: After getting 2 different 1000 mAh AC Adapters this one is winning by far. Nice design and good performance for a great Price. Recommended !!

I have a iPod Nano 4G and I can confirm this works perfectly! I've posted pics to show this. Build quality is excellent, solid unit, no moving parts when shaken, plug folds up neatly which is great for transporting!

Cons: No cons, seriously... this is a great adaptor, better than the other one I've seen on DX.

Other: If this doesn't blow up my iPod within a week, I'll be happy - for now, it works fine and is one of the best purchases I've ever made on this site! Thanks DX!

Pros: It is small, and the fold down plug it good for travel so the prongs don't stab other things in my luggage.
I haven't had any problems charging any of my devices.

Cons: I'd like it if the usb port could hold the plugs more firmly.
The 1A rating is close, but not perfect.
My method is to attach two alligator clips to a coil of resistance wire. Then I hook it up to the adapter and measure both the voltage and current. Then I move the clips closer together and repeat until I exceed the rated current for the device.
Here's my measurements:
No load: 5.15V
0.42A: 5.04V
0.53A: 4.98V
0.70A: 4.84V
0.89A: 4.71V
0.98A: 4.65V
1.03A: 4.59V
1.16A: 4.46V

Other: Overall, I'm satisfied with the power output. I am more concerned with convenience, I don't worry too much about having perfect 5V output all the way up to 1Amp.

Pros: This is an excellent, well-designed charger. It's very small and slim, and the design is reasonably attractive.
The manufacturing fit and finish appears to be good to very good. It doesn't get too warm, and it easily handles charging an Ipod Touch which requires more than USB spec power allows.

Cons: None, really. If I had to invent one, I'd say it should come with a magic unicorn.

Other: I'd buy it again.

Pros: It does what any charger does, build quality is not bad.

Cons: the size of this charge is pretty big, it pretty much take up two slot on the power plugs. I would recommand sku.19242 over this one.

Other: get this if you really need this, and if you like the style of it. if not just get sku 19242 which is a way better choice
