SMA 1.5 DIY Connector Plug (5-Pack)

Pros: - Very good build quality
- They look nice

Cons: - A bit tough to solder, as they require a very small tip to fit in there properly

Other: If you have use for them, go for it.
Very cheap compared to the excellent quality.
I used the male adapter to replace the regular antenna plug in a cable to enable my Artec T14 use my bigger antenna, as the small default one is crap.

Pros: -Great price. Again, nobody can beat this price. I have seen these connectors for $5,00... EACH! -Easy to solder the center pin when you use a 1mm tip on a 50W iron. You need to go into a small gap and don't want to touch/heat the screen housing causing short circuit. -Build quality is extremely good. The coax braid actually needs to go under the crimping sleeve.

Cons: Ease of use may be a little harsh when you don't posess a crimping tool. It is also possible to solder the coax braid, but only when high quality teflon cable is used.

Other: Excellent deal from DX again!!

Pros: - The price is awesome. - The build quality is really good - Tolerances seem to be very consistent between multiple bags of connectors

Cons: - Not that easy to find a crimp tool to work with the dual-size crimp ring.

Other: - Like others, I wish DX would carry the crimp tool to work with these connectors. Unless you can find a Chinese crimp tool, it will be very expensive to use these.

Pros: Good connectors for cable if you want to replace BNC connectors in some projects where cables must be disconnected sometimes but in general connected most of the time, or if cable should be more flexible than standard RG58/59 cable. Solid connection guaranteed.

Cons: Not so easy to tighten connector without special purposed pliers. Thinner cable is harder to find.

Other: Overall good price for this quantity. It's bit harder to place on cable than soldered ones, but anyway connectors are good.
