Solar Powered Turn Table / Rotary Display (4 Panels)

Pros: It turns things around, it does what it's supposed to do!

Cons: When it arrived the solar panels had fallen inside, but this was very easy to fix because there are screws to get inside. The noise it makes is noticable but not too loud.

Other: If you want one it's worth getting one!

Pros: Perfect for displaying figure´s and smaller models. I did not have any problems with build quality and loose solar panels as in the other review. There was some scratches on the plastic rotating disc but that was about it. It was bigger than what I expected from seeing the pictures but to me that was an added bonus and a good thing.

Cons: It requires quite a lot of strong and direct "sunlight" so if you have it in a dark display cabinet with not much lightning falling directly on the panels then it will spin very slowly or not at all. You can of course use it with batteries but then youre sort of missing the whole point of buying a rotating disc with solar panels.

Other: I actually like it quite a lot and the idea in itself of having a solar powered rotating display is simple but brilliant. It´s a very good way of displaying "that special collectors item"

Pros: -No Battery needed! -Can use battery instead of solar! -Small -Low power requirements

Cons: -No power switch (does'nt matter) -A little loud -Low strength (useable for most apps)

Other: I like it! If you need a display stand - its awesome! (I use it to display large multi-piece origami!)

Pros: Compact & light. Cute. No battery required. Fun to have. You dont even have to own a business or retail store to own one :)

Cons: You can hear the motor running, but only in a very quiet environment. Cannot handle much weight. (Good for a small figurine)

Other: Get one (or more). It's fun. Your friends & guests will be amused.

Pros: Light weight Small Disc is almost as wide as the base Works with indirect sunshine

Cons: Makes some noise, but only a little (kind of a quiet rattling)

Other: Good Christmas present for a collector of miniatures or trinkets. Maybe for showing off medals even (or get that mobile phone display unit to show off medals)

Pros: Solar powered, nice design.

Cons: A bit flimsy construction, needs quite a bit of light to work, noisy, (you can easily hear it in a normal room), and it struggles with things that weigh more than 50 - 100 gr.

Other: I really like this thing, and would be willing to pay a few dollars more for something that is more dependable. I see Dealextreme has another one with a front mounted panel, maybe I will order that one.

Pros: Low price gadget. 4 solar panels to accept light at 360* around. Looks cool.

Cons: Very weak for turn table power.

Will turn if less than 2 onces on the table.

Table can Not turn with my clamshell Nokia phone even with all the lights on in the master bathroom as a trial. Maybe it needs direct sunlight at high noon to make full power???

Other: Buy if you have small plastic toys you want to show-off or some light weight figurines.

Do Not expect to put heavy items on table. Table will not turn.

Pros: It's an interesting product, it doesn't need batteries to operate, and there are 4 panels where it can maximize its use of sunlight.

Cons: The product makes some noise when it's running, but it's not too bad, mostly from the whirring of the motor. There is no speed control or regulator. You cannot use it in the dark, but who's going to see it if it does?

Other: I would recommend the product. Stop thinking about it (or hesitating, rather). Buy it now! o(^^)o

Pros: Thoroughly thought through design and solar panel placement. Optional battery powersource.

Cons: The manifacturer should concider improving the balance with bearings and a broader central support of the disc and its additional placed mass.

Other: With respect to the price this unit performs better than I initially expected, however one needs to perfectly cenre the mass of the displyed object in order to achive rotation of heavier items. This should also be concidered while using lighter objects in order to increase the lifetime of the bearings and motor. My unit has been running continiously (with 300g of weight) during the last month without any noticable mechanical degradation.

Pros: product works very well; with a littlebit of sunshine the table is turning. This product is extremely good product for shopowners who likes to show their products. With a funny object you could make a joke at your work

Cons: When the turn table arrived, the plastic turntable (the platic circle) was damaged with a scar. It is ver easy to prevent scarcing and resolve the quality of shipping and transportation of this product by fixing the plastic shield on the bottom of the quadrant and not on the top. DE could do this on an easy way! When it is turning it makes a litlebith noise.
