Soshine U1 4-Channel Quick Charger (AA/AAA)

Pros: 4 single channels to recharge AA/AAA independently. Each has a LED - red for charging, blue for charged.

Cons: Power lead is very tight and does not fit an international adapter very cleanly.

Other: Buy one.

Other: This charger is great, i use it for my Soshine 2500mha camera akkus

Cons: manual says only to chrge soshine batteries, havent tried other brands

Pros: hey I try to charge sunsine bateries and than the others too , both of them works great , just take care to be nicd nimh ... 1-4 AA or AAA ... the pluger to the electricity is worldwide ,its for europe too...100-240V...

Cons: chargeing red led , status charged not green led as the manual sad but blue led...no problem only to know it...

Other: very usefull lightweight, priceless, worldwide compatible charger ,....my results GET IT if you need charger...I think I try to buy next one , in the next week , mabye I try another model from dealextreme but this is really good.

Pros: - It is pretty small for a four bay charger. - Accepts 100-240 volts so it can be used worldwide. - Charges batteries very fast. - Comes with a standard euro (round prongs) powercord.

Cons: - The only downside I can see is that the powercord smells bad, kinda mothball-ish.
But thats not a real big issue.

Other: Great charger, Great price, not so great smelling powercord, but i guess that the smell will wear off in a week or two.

Bottomline is that this is a great charger for cheap.

Pros: compact, has four indipendent channels for batteries, has a cable (I prefere cable to those chargers that plug in directly in AC wall). Works very well, charge fast but not in excess (super fast chargers short the live of batteries). Nice looking. Easy to manage.

Cons: Not cheap. Has an european plug (I had to fix it wit an american adapter).

Other: Worth to buy

Pros: low weight, Portable, in its price range, it has the highest charging current of 2A,better than lcd ones, very satisfactory charge time for two batts. for 4 batts you have to be a bit patient. Color coded Indicators are easy to understand and observe. Build quality is very satisfactory.

Cons: None

Other: My bestbuy item on DX, best price/performance ratio. Strongly recommended

Cons: - Doesn't charge all batteries I tried: Some no-name batteries with high power like 2400mAh are refused to be charged or are charged partly.
- Blue led should be green.

Other: I would recommand this charger to anyone, but make sure you have branded batteries, so no OEM or no-name, because they won't (always) get charged.

Pros: There are not that many four individual channel chargers out there. Many battery powered toys and some other items now either use 1x or 3x AA batteries which is a pain if you only have a standard 2x or 4x charger. You are always hunting around trying to find an extra (discharged) AA cell, to fill the extra slot. Not to mention the fact that you can have major problems if you start mixing different capacity or brand cells. This charger will charge 1, 2, 3 or 4 AA cells individually.
Has a simple red/blue led for each channel. The led is Red for fast charge mode and blue for charged/trickle charge mode. Operates OK on 240v in Australia, however you will have to cut the mains plug off and fit a local version, or replace the power lead with an Australian version.

Cons: Would have been nice to have a 12v input for the car. Batteries and charger do tend to get fairly warm (hot?) during the fast charge process. This may be a problem in hot climates - >40 degrees C in an Aussie summer!! The temperature drops back to ambient when in trickle mode.
