Spring Hand Grip Strengthener and Exerciser

Pros: Very easy to pick up. Easy to use around the house or at work.
Has a sponge layer.
Feels very sturdy.
I can tell it will last a long time.
Needs alot of pressure to get started so worth the money.
I doubt it will break with good quality materials.
Easily carried around in bag or deep pocket.
Not that big size wize but perfect for most hands.

Cons: Orange... really?
The metal squeaking is annoying. It holds the two bars together but has odd grooved holes which squeak when you use it. Good for counting reps though
Its actually very very hard to use.
The orange sponge squashes easily due to thepressure you need to apply beacause of the strong materials.

Other: Overall great product.

Pros: Have been owning it for some weeks (2), and it is very good product.
Easy to use and its very handy to have. It sure makes some muscles :)

Cons: The orange thing on the outside may be a bit thin, because when i press and use it.
Im getting in to whats inside.
And after a while when you used it, the metal starts to make bad sounds. That`s not good.

Other: Go buy it, cheap, good product (dont mind the sound).
You will love it.

the piece that stops the spring opening further than it does sometimes stops it reopening when squeezed
foam hasnt lasted well at all- worn away in a month of decent use

Other: Its a decent product thatll actually strengthen your forearm not the wrist- the muscles for wrist contraction of this kind are in your arms.

Pros: You can feel it works! I used them for a whole day and the day after i got muscle pain.

Cons: after a while the orange grip comes loose, little by little,
the metal parts take damage fairly easy, and after that it begins to make strange sounds

Other: worth the pay, too bad they don't last for ever

Cons: What a noise!! It really makes irritating noise :S Some piece of metal bangs and the rubber part squeeses...
You have to train with this about an hour, if you want to get some results... Fits children, I think..

Other: If you are normal man, don't bother to buy one of these... They are made for kids only...

Pros: - Grip is a nice bright orange
- Works your arm pretty well
- Resistance is not ridiculous for the normal person
- Cheap ($4 only)
- DX is the only place I could find this, weird eh?

Cons: - Grip gets pretty ugly and dirty quickly
- Makes annoying noise sometimes
- There is (i believe) rust between the coils.
- I don't know if plastic handles will be able to stand up to a lot of constant use.
- It might get too easy to use after a while, wherein you will have to go to another site to get one thats stronger than this one.

Other: Get this, as its cheap and it will do this job. If it breaks, you can get another one for just 4 bucks.

Pros: This is a pretty nice, though fairly basic, hand strengthener. I know other people noticed loud squeaking and possible rust, but mine is almost silent and rust free. Not to mention, the price couldn't be better.

Cons: The foam hand grips tend to slide down a little bit with a fair amount of use, but you can slide 'em right back up pretty easily. With several weeks of solid use, it might become a little too easy.
If you're buying it for the packaging, though, beware -- mine came in a (humorously badly translated) jump rope container.

Other: This is a nice, solid hand strengthener which, for its price, cannot be beat. Go ahead and buy it, you (probably) won't be sorry.

Pros: The Hand Grip Strengthener and Exerciser works fine. You can exercise your wrist easily using it.

Cons: The only problem I found using the devide is the grip. After using it a few times, it wrinkles and fades so easy. The grip should be changed for another better quality grip.

Other: Although the strength you need to do is enough, maybe, it can be another device whit a higher level of strength you need to apply, because it can be soft if you have a good hand strength

Cons: This product makes strange and annoying noise after servel times of use.
The grip is ugly,wrinkles and fades which makes the exercise painfull.
