Pros: This handy little tool is similar to what dermatologists use to remove pesky blackheads, whiteheads and abscesses.
HOW TO USE:
The loop is placed over a blackhead, and pushed down gently. This caused the pressure under the blackhead gently pushing it out of the pore. Unlike using fingers, this will never leave a scar.
Whitehead: Using the lance on the end, make a small prick into the whitehead.
Flip the tool around and use the loop to gently expel all the material inside, without scarring.
Abscess:
For use with small abscess, like on ear or arm. Locate the top of the abscess, look for the dead spot where there is no feeling anymore. Make a quick lance and
then using gauze, slowly expel the material.
The construction is solid, with a good grip. The sharp end is very sharp, but not overly sharp like a needle. It makes good control.
Cons: The loop is held on the end with
a crimp. Solid casting would be nice, but solid cast comedone tools are over $14.
The sharp end has only small plastic protector that is easily lost.
Other: Get one and try it, it's very very good for around the nose, the crease where the nose meets the face, and for hard to reach blackheads you cannot get to with fingers.
(Fingers can cause scar, that is why they invented comedone tool)

Pros: -Great product, i have seen theese been used by professionals and decided to buy one whe i saw it here in DX.
-It works great,
-easy to use and clean (you can use solvents to get it sterilized)
-(1)Pop the yellow end of acne with the needle,
(2)then put the ring (other end of needle) around the acne spot and push towards the skin.
Now the acne spot should empty itself(if done correctly)
Cons: -no cons that i can think of... :)
Other: Use this rather than your fingers on acne!
Good product.
reasonable price!
Great buy!

Pros: Works on blackheads if the loop is tightened, otherwise it's too large.
Works in hard to reach places too.
Cons: The wire is too thin and leaves traces.
I would not use a non-sterile needle to pierce the skin, so that half stays unused (I just jammed the protectr harder on it so as not to fall)
Other: Buy one if you don't have the real tool.
MIGHT be useful for bigger zits that may need a bigger loop, like this one.
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: I don't know how to use the circled part, but I don't think I'll need it either. The needle is very shard and usefull to open whatever you want. Could be zits, but also small callus on your hands.
Cons: I have no problems with this product besides the fact that I needed to write more words into this field.
Other: Buy it if you need it, it's cheap. And here's some extra characters for you to read. Is it over 500 already?

Pros: This is very cheap when compared to very similar looking ones that you can buy at the drugstore. For most of my teen years I used a regular sewing pin to "pop" and remove my acne. I now have mild acne scarring as a result. I still have some acne and I find the longer handle that this device has to be very helpful and allows me to have greater control when removing pimples and acne.
Cons: Similar to what others have said the loop on the one end is way too big. From the blackheads that I have the loop is too big to give enough pressure to remove the blackhead.
Other: I read that someone else tightened the loop but I cannot see how to do it without breaking the device.

Pros: - Very easy to clean ( just use Rubbing alcohol + a tissue or toilet paper)
- Excellent for removing blackheads
-Great for popping pimples
-nice metal finish and metal grip
-Cheap!
-Must more versatile than using your fingers, and much more clean
Cons: -a little thin, may slip out of your hands if they are big (not a problem for me :D )
Other: Get this, removing blackheads have NEVER been so easy :D
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: very cheap, easy to clean and useful excellent build qualtity, it doesn't bend or break the needle is sharp enough to be useful
Cons: no cons, really cheap tool, but use with care
Other: buy it if you can't get your blackheads out using your hands, if it turns out to be of little use, you won't lose a lot of money

Pros: This is an excellent tool to use on the skin. Much better than using dirty oily hands. But be sure to always clean the tool with alcohol to avoid any unnecessary infections... Also be gentle with the blackhead removal loop! Don't press too much or you will have a nice red circle on your skin.
Cons: None! Just be sure to have the tool clean! . . . . . . . . . . . .
Other: . .

Pros: It works very well to remove blackheads and acne. Its use close with alcohol allows to remove blackheads/acne in a sure and hygienic form. In my case the top was not very sharp, but it was the enough to work without hurting myself. Better than your fingers!
Cons: Probably slightly expensive for such a simple thing, but its usefulness is worth it
Other: If you have not one and need to remove acne or blackheads it is recommendable
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: -It is very easy to use and immediately the blackheads are removed.
-I sterilize it before and after usage with alcohol; therefore it is extremely hygienic
-I dont have to use both my index fingers anymore and leave unnecessary scars.
Cons: -Even though it has a little loop to press your blackhead; it also could leave circle marks if you press too hard.
-Imagine if you have manyblackheads like I do, then you could find your face with many tiny circle marks.(although this is temporary)
Other: I recommend everyone who has blackhead problems to use it. It is hygienic and clean and sometimes also effective against some acnes.
Much cheaper than buying a pore electric cleanser.
