Stainless Steel Curved Pocket Liquor Flask with Soviet Union Sign (7.0 oz)

Pros: It is a cheap stainless steel bottle to have. It stores more water than I thought.

Cons: The one that I've got didn't come in black faux leather; it was a brown scaly pattern which was the greatest disappointment. So in the end, I simply peeled off the glued on design and it end up looking like http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.18906
The bottle has a smell to it but can be removed by washing.

Other: It's cheap but it might not come as you like it. You are better off buying the other designs.

Pros: It's quite cheap, even if the build quality isn't the best. Doesn't leak.

Cons: My flask too is covered in this dark brown shiny scale-like pattern. It definitely doesn't look as good as the black artificial leather that's shown in the pictures. The communist badge came off almost instantly. It's nothing a bit of glue won't fix, but still worth mentioning in my opinion. Also, the paintwork on the badge isn't very good.

Other: A decent-sized flask. I wouldn't suggest buying one if brown isn't your color or you want the communist badge to stay on without any reinforcement. Other from that, though, it's a pretty decent product.

Pros: It is cheap and fine. I get it in a nice original paper box. It can be also a bit nostalgic.

Cons: The first thing that I noticed when I got this hip flask was, that I got a flask with brown leather instead in black as I ordered. Yeah, a black one is more beautiful, but anyway... Communist logo is made of very cheap plastic - it is not metal, as I thought. Mine was glued on the flask so bad, that when I opened the box, felt off imidiatelly.

Other: It has industrial smell, but it can be removed. Cheers!

Pros: Its big, 2dl is just enough. Its damn awesome, the logo and desing is chool. Overall look is chool and shiny. Useful!

Cons: Its not fully made of steel, only the top and the bottom. The black part is just plastic, and becouse of that, you cant put any carbonated drink in there. I put some carbonated soft drink there and the seam of black plastic part broke. Soviet logo is plastic and attached with too much glue, but its not so serious.

Other: Its good and awesome, but the black part really should be steel. Soviet logo could be even attached with less glue, but overall its good. If you need pocket flask that makes you look chool, buy it.

Pros: It has a nice design, bit nostalgic -> also, you don't find this logo often.
Great price, which you wont find cheaper elsewhere.

Cons: It's not that good quality, the leather is glued on, but it'll last. The design is different from the pictures - brown leather instead of black.

Other: Cheap Pocket Liqour flask for those who don't pay 125 $ for such.

Pros: - Its a flask, it holds water/liquer , it does what its supposed to do - Its unique, you probably' won't come across many people sporting the hammer/sickle logo associated with communism.

Cons: - Faux leather is not black, its brown (unlike the picture), and cheap - The emblem in the center is glued on, and parts of the glue was still left all over the flask - An aweful smell on the inside of the flask that I'm still in the process of washing out before I use it for liquer.

Other: Don't expect the highest quality. Lets not fool ourselves, we're buying this for the uniqueness of the Soviet Union star and hammer/sickle. Display the cons out-weighing the pros in this review, I would probably still buy it again. For the price and the novalty, its worth it.

Pros: - Easy to get liquor around. - Pretty big for a flask. - Looks kind of cool.

Cons: - The leather part is different from the picture. - Has some kind of weird smell to it. - Feels really cheap, wich it is, but could be better. - The cap is made out of plastic. - Leather is ofcourse not real leather.

Other: It's a cheap liquor flask, wich if obvious when you buy it. Some way or another I was still dissapointed when it arrived.

Pros: Great little thing, very very happy with it over all. Easy to unscrew and screw. And, though this shouldn't be a surprise it does not leak! The red on the badge has a lovely shine to it, like the paint is translucent.

Cons: Can see some excess glue from sticking on of the badge, the badge is plastic.
I have once had the lid holder get the lid jammed on in some freak accident, but i think that was my fault!

Other: This is a great piece, and goes well with the chairman Mao watch also available on this site!

Pros: It does what is supposed to. The ussr logo is realy awesome. It feels quite good in the hand and lets me take my whiskey to the pub without paying 10 dollars for a 4cl drink (yes, sweden is great in that aspect...).

Cons: The glue is not water resistant, when i cleaned it out it melted (lol) but it still sticks and if it loosens, i think some epoxy will keep it in check. I got a salmon pattern brown one, it does look better, but it wasn't what i ordered, it would be good to have color assortet being marked out. The ussr logo is plastic, i didn't expect anything else but some metal would be better.

Other: It's a cheap flask with the ussr logo, if your into this sort of thing it's a great buy.

Pros: - Good looking item, especially when you've just opened a box - it's like "wow". Of course, on a closer look it shows up some flaws, but at first sight it rocks
- Speaking of first look - a cute box is included, which is very useful as it can easily be used as a gift box; no inappropriate writings or prints on it, just some kind of logo, which is ok, and a green texture
- Not only looks good, but actually works as supposed to
- The price couldn't be better

Cons: - For my relatively big fingers it's not too handy to unscrew the top cap because it's kinda small and the metal holder is in the way
- Leather and the logo are just glued to the flask and suppose because of that the overall quality can be different from one sample to another
- Not sure of it's daily use usefulness - will anyone actually transport liquids in it or would he prefer a smaller flask?

Other: Very cool gift. Especially for someone who "understands"...
