What is Bulk Rate? BulkRate is a semi-wholesale system with items priced separately from retail. When you use bulk rates, a flat $1.70 registered air mail fee will automatically be added to your cart to ensure delivery of package. While BulkRate's intention is to offer cheaper prices when you buy in bulk, because it is priced separately it on occassions show a higher than retail price. That's why we ask you to enter BULKRATE as a coupon code to manually activate the rates. You can always opt not to use the bulk rates. Pros: The Ipcam is a great little wireless Pan & Tilt camera, that can be used either connected over ethernet or using WiFi Can be installed in a few minutes, is quite straight forward. It does what it promotes : feeds live view of the environment & has motion detection builtin. It does not need a pc at all to be working (of course to view the image you'll need to connect locally or over the internet with a pc) It is great to use in combination with any of the free webspace sites online to store your alarm images (a picture being only 40kb, there is quite some alarms to record in a free 10Gb site ...) The Ipcam has the necessary webservices builtin in the camera itself
Cons: I had a little trouble to get it working on Wifi, reason being that the ipcam doesn't like the MacAccess filtering fro m some routers (even when you filled in the correct IpCams MacAddr in the router) disabling MacAccessControl & using WEP as alternative works like a charm The image quality inhouse is good, imagery from outside is reasonable
Other: Great buy for the price, allows to setup some remote security for a very reasonable budget

Pros: - Good image quality; - Reasonable low bandwidth use. I have a 512kps upload link and use the camera with no problems at all at 320x240; - Good commands responsiveness; - Good mic capture; - Night vision is very good; - Good build quality; - Good wifi range; - Supports WPA2/PSL;
Cons: - The bandwidth usage cold be better. It is very slow with 640x480 resolution through my 512kpbs upload link. - The two way audio communication is impracticable. The buit in speaker is very low quality. Even if you connect an external speaker the quality still very bad. Besides that, anything will say is captured again by the mic and it causes a terrible echo effect.
Other: The main problem is the speaker. I was hopping to be able to have a conversation with people in home with that camera. Unfortunately I can only hear than. If they had implemented a good echo cancellation this device wold have been perfect.

Pros: This had been on my wish list for a very long time, and finally ... DX surprised me with one at a very competitive price. Works great, even wireless. You can even operate it from within 3d party software. -Night vision is excellent -PT is excellent -There's an SDK available to make your own interface if you know how to... -2-way audio is a very nice feature
Cons: -Biggest con is the lack of zoom functionality. -Audio coming out of the integrated speaker is very bad. You can attach an external speaker or attach it to a nearby audio system however.
Other: For much more information on this product, go to: http://www.gadgetvictims.com/2009/07/foscam-ip-camera-part-two.html You MUST update the firmware as this adds a lot to the features (Log, Firefox support, Wifi scanning, ...)

Pros: This is a great Wi-Fi/Ethernet IP Cam when compared to its price and features. I suggest everyone Wi-Fi, run in the first trial. Never Dropped. Ethernet. tun in the first trial Interface. After upgrade the interface is cook. Everything works as published Can work from IE, FF VLC as stream not yet tried to capturing/recording the video, but must work with ffmpeg
Cons: Microphone is weak. May be some external mic needed to capture good quality voice.
Other: For that price, a perfect product

Pros: Brilliant price for an excellent piece of gear. Unlimited uses. Highly recommend.
Cons: Had a crappy network cable supplied however no big deal as using wireless. Had a spare to set the camera up with. Wireless and motion detection works perfect. Email on movement is excellent. The camera sends six photos of the capture a few seconds apart. Brilliant.
Other: Fantastic product ... performed the firmware upgrade. This is a must when you get it. More features and better control. Also, if you have an iPhone look for the FOSCAM App. Unreal!
Involvement Level: Expert (understands the inner workings)
Pros: It is a nifty device and as others have writen befor me, it's a Foscam clone! All the features work perfectly on a windows system using internet explorer.
Cons: A con could be that it needs a bit of muddling around befor it works 100% and when you're using macintosh it doesn't work at all, BUT because it's a Foscam clone, you can try to upgrade the firmware AT OWN RISK for some people it made the cam unusable, for me it made it work on firefox and safari from that moment!
Other: If you want to spy in your house buy it. If you have a windows system, plug, connect and play. If you have a mac, plug, update, connect and play. If you realy want to have it outside, make sure you've got a lot of free time...

Pros: - Cheap - Good quality lens - good motion -Night vision is excellent
Cons: - wifi range it's short - build quality it's not the best - it's bigger and it's not really beautiful - the send mail system don't accept long email (it's ridiculous but field is short!!)
Other: .

Pros: Definitely easy to use (but I work daily with Wifi)
Great quality image, even in total dark using embedded IR leds.
Good focus range, it catches a face since the stairway till looking into the camera.
FTP upload works fine
Motion detection and its scheduler is really perfect!
Motor is silent, you don't even know while it is rotating...
Cons: The only con is the front blinking led, definitely too bright, that makes the camera difficult to hide. I solved with a piece of black tape in front of the led.
You have to verify the speed of your ISP SMTP server if you want both to eMail you on motion detection and to start ftp upload sequence. On motion detection, the camera will complete eMail sending before starting ftp upload. As an eMail with attachment can last some seconds, you will lose some useful snapshot during this period. I now use FTP only.
Other: I made a port Nat from my ADSL router to the camera, so I can monitor my house from my office.

Pros: Note: All reviews are based on the updated firmware (check forum)
- Good interface
- Built in Motion Detection and Night Vision that works
- Video quality smooth and acceptable even over wireless lan and internet
- User level settings are easy and straight forward
Cons: - No zoom
- Mail function lacks SSL Auth (cannot use GMail's SMTP server)
- Built-in speaker not working
- Power supply cable is a little bit too short
Other: It works out of the box without updating the firmware. But if you want it to work on other browsers (or even Mac/Linux), you better update it.

Pros: Very Cheap wireless Webcam compare to those selling outside 3 times the price
Night Vision is very good!.. Resolution is also good.
Cons: Product was delivered and was found to be faulty. Unable to detect the camera. Got it sent back.
Replacement back. Able to detect camera BUT unable to move the camera up and down (Sound like something is jam when trying to move up and down) Left and Right is working fine..
Send it back the 2nd time and now waiting for replacement. :(
Other: Good and cheap camera.
But hope the quality can be improve abit..
Overall is a good buy... Praying hard for the replacement camera to be 100% working...
