Steel Bicycle Brake Transmission Cable (10-Cable Pack/170cm-length)

Pros: pretty cheap for getting 10, they seem like decent quality product great is your using it for shifter cables and they are the standard thickness, it would work as brake cables as long as you know that you have to tune up your brakes more often due to the fact that they are thinner and will stretch out faster.

Cons: Nothing much to say here other then because it is thinner, i wouldn't recommend using this as brake cables because they are thinner, and with stretch and weaken faster (meaning more tune ups required, and not as safe) If you do any crazy trails, super down hills then its best you don't use these for brakes

Other: its cheap and pretty useful, you wont need ten but its not like you cant find another use for them =P

Pros: Cheap, comes in a 10 pack Nicely finished There is not much else to write about a brake cable but I would definitely recommend this product! Buy if for all your bikes

Cons: The head is slightly smaller than standard, but that has not proved to be a problem. The cable diameter is a bit thin.

Other: For a cheap brake cable for kids bikes I would recommend this product - Its very good

Pros: These where useless for me. I am not sure what they are for but they bid not suit my older mountain bike.

Cons: The cables are thinner than standard brake cables. They have an undersized brake cable style head. They are thicker than shifter cables but would work with shifters if they had a shifter style head. What type of bike are these for?

Other: I would not recommend these for a regular mountain bike but they might have a purpose that i do not know about.
